Will NEVER order from here again. Ordered an “XL” 16” pizza, received a cold 13 1/2” pizza which was all dough and crust. The driver somehow was through DoorDash, not even the pizza place’s own delivery driver. Called the store to see about getting the pie replaced for the correct size. Was told I could “pick up” a new pizza, however I don’t drive which is why I ordered delivery to begin with. I asked if there is anything a manager can do. Was told “no, I would have to come pick up the pizza and they cannot deliver me a new one” and blamed the reason for the pizza not being the correct size and being cold on the delivery driver, and then told me to contact an app named “Slice” for $5 off my next order. So after an hour and 45 minutes, I was stuck with a cold pizza for myself and my family that was not even enough for the whole family. I’ve had better pizza at Chuck E. Cheese and Cici’s for the money I paid, and terrible customer service coming from someone who has worked in the restaurant biz. Will not be ordering from Venetian Pizza again, and I do not recommend if you are looking for a good authentic pizza and quality customer service.

Excellent place to grab a delicious pizza late at night. Service and vibe are over the top. Pizza and fries are really good. Many items to choose from the menu. Highly recommended.Kid-friendliness: They will go above and beyond to ensure your kids enjoy their meal.

My and my friends always come to this specific pizza/Halal place after being at Universal all day long and it always hits the spot. The food is always hot and delicious and comforting. We will continuously come to enjoy the delicious food and peaceful ambience every time we go to Orlando. :)

The worst pizza shop experience I’ve ever had. I call order a Large Cheese Pizza and 10 wings the girl tells me it’s $79.42 . I questioned it she asked the manager if she could do better. They reduced it down to $70 it was late I was tired from just getting off a plane. I check the website they have a Lg cheese pizza, 10 chickens, a 2 liter and garlic knots listed for $38.99 so I call argue and get the price. The food comes and it’s was absolutely terrible and the chicken wings weren’t cooked all the way. Go somewhere else bad business all the way around

Food was ok. Way too expensive, I didn't realize until it was too late, my bf had paid already while I was using the restroom.. and the women's bathroom had a big hole in the door which is facing towards their office. Totally weird and unexpected. The spaghetti did last me like 3 times of eating though so I guess that was good.
The food is so good they’re boneless chicken teriyaki is the best meal I’ve ever had and pizza really delicious especially the barbecue chicken. Thank you Lol for cooking so good.

Wings were over salted and barely edible. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Spent almost 100 bucks on terrible food. Delivery person gets 5 stars for being prompt but food was awful. Pick another place.

Hello pizza eaters, we started the day off drinking around 9am. As you can imagine 16 hours of straight getting it in can do some damage. As the night started to unwind we made a executive group decision to try and find some pizza. After several Google attempts and phone calls our good friends at Venetian pizza decided to answer. Little did we know sweet Sam would answer the phone and take our order. The voice of a angel and the customer service skills ofJesus, everything aligned. To the large extra everything to the boneless wings with extra ranch. She was a true delight. If I was ever back in Orlando hammered from binge drinking all day I would recommend the OG's at venetian pizza. They Da bomb. Amen. Tehe

Visiting from out of state and wanted some pizza one late night. Came across Venetian Pizza and was very happy to find this place! The food is great, quick service, convenient location, but the best part was Dolly! She is such a pleasure! She’s got a great attitude and positive energy. Her infectious energy made our experience at Venetian Pizza so much more enjoyable! Found a new favorite spot and made a new friend as well!

We paid $80 for a pizza and wings, they got our order wrong, twice. They forgot our drink, the food was just not good. Just a terrible experience. I'd never try them again.
