This review is related to the experience using the InKind app in conjunction with eating at Black Rooster. It is not a reflection on the food. My experience felt like a complete scam. Black Rooster had an ad on their website promoting using the InKind app for 15 dollars off your meal if you spend 50 dollars. It says nothing about any conditions attached to the promotion. So I download the app and order online and pass in my order number to the app. It doesn't work, no mention why. I go to pick up my order and ask about the promotion and I'm told that it only applies to my next order. Fine. A couple of days later I get a code for my 15 bucks. Cool, so then I go to use it and guess what; you have to spend 45+ dollars in order to apply it. To recap, you have to: Download an app, sign up for an account, give it your information, and then spend close to 100 dollars just to get 15 dollars off. A complete scam of an experience and shameful of both BR and InKind.

The chips and salsa were delicious and the fish taco was AMAZING! I will definitely visit again!
Did not stay and eat, just took our tacos next door for dinner and drinks. But, these tacos are always delicious. The guac and queso were so good, I definitely recommend adding them to your order!

Honestly, I’ve been here probably ten times at this point as I live close, and it’s just okay. The tacos are decent, but there are better tacos on Mills if I’m honest. My biggest frustration isn’t even the food; it’s the people running the orders. I’ve NEVER been in and out for to-go orders in less than 30 minutes. And I go during nonbusy times.I’ve had my order forgotten, not called out, etc. The worst part is they don’t seem to care. I was the ONLY person waiting for an order, and they didn’t even check in with me when I saw other people who ordered after me get their orders.Again, I’ve been here many times and continue to give them a shot, but I think I’m officially done. Disappointing.

We ate at the barstools by the front door, shoulder to shoulder with other people. The food was ok but overpriced for the sizes. The tacos are very small. I ate 3 and wish I would've ordered 6. I was disappointed because this is just a hipster Taco Bell. $40 for 3 tacos, 1 bowl, 2 sodas.

Grandson joined me today after talking about it for 3 weeks. One closer on Curry Ford. No the original Gma. We were not disappointed. I had brisket taco. Chips and guacamole. Grandson had carne asada, black beans, tinga.

Unique experience! I was worried I'd be getting a tex-mex style burrito bowl, but I was pleasantly surprised by the creativity. My friends got tacos, and I had the Pozolo bowl (minus the queso) - delicious! They serve it in a bowl full of broth and with a few chips. I got a side of rice to enjoy the broth with. All that cost me about $20 with my 18% tip. Environment is really cool, I love the decor. Service was friendly, causal, and fast! Definitely worth trying ⭐️??Dietary restrictions: They are good about customizing.

Heyyyyyyy you guyyyyyyssssss! Ordered some tacos to go, chicken tinga, carne asada, brisket. They were all wrapped in one aluminum foil, that was a no for me. Just a mess literally! The guac was great the ceviche was good. It's giving rush on the tacos. Low key place, low key ambiance...

Fish tacos and guacamole was fresh and service was good. The tamale was a little dry.

Me and a friend came here for lunch and while I was a little bit taken aback by the prices because it seemed a little expensive, the food was very good and filling. In total, we both ordered 2 tacos and we shared a side of chips and salsa, and all of that (4 tacos + chips/salsa) came out to about $30, which is not too bad. The tacos and chips and salsa were delicious. I would definitely recommend the tinga chicken and pork belly tacos, as well as the chips with all 3 salsas.
