Turning away a group of potentially 7 boba orders 1 hour before close on a Tuesday night because you ran out of regular black boba (or didn't want to risk using $3 of boba supplies because you might have to throw it away at the end of the night if no one comes in) is an interesting business model. Or maybe it was "too much work to make a new batch. Anyway a boba shop without boba is like opening a McDonald's and having no fries. Oh well. Good luck!

Best bubble tea around. My daughter is always looking for a great place to get bubble tea. Tried several in Orlando, Winter Park, Delray Beach, Oviedo, other states like NC, WA. And so far they are the best.

Ordered a Taro Milk Tea for my birthday. For one, it's not purple. Two, the lady asked me what "milk" I wanted and I should have changed my mind then. The drink was wayyy to liquidy, it no longer had any flavor, and the texture was GRAINY, like a super watered downed version of the milk in your cereal bowl after pouring lucky charms into it. Was there a sweetness? Yeah, but nothing that made me want to come back to find this secluded place again. The breakfast food items were also subpar, the bubble waffle was MEH, everything was OVERPRICED. My boyfriend got a passion fruit green tea, a croissant bacon egg and cheese sandwich, I got the Taro Milk Tea and a very basic bubble waffle, which cost us $37. We should have just gone to First Watch at that price and gotten an actual MEAL. If a bubble tea place can't make good Taro, then I'd probably advise you take a look around elsewhere. Hell, the malls here have better flavors and prepare the drinks a LOT faster than this place. The lady who runs this place had her preteen daughter playing on her Nintendo switch the whole time we were waiting. Overall, this place is over priced, secluded and hidden, not a lot of seating inside ( outside there are tables and chairs, but it's under a tree where birds and squirrels hang about, so you do the math). There are better spots, check THOSE out instead.

What a wonderful place to come in for drinks and sweets. I love the bubble tea here! They also have a great cup of coffee and quality teas if you don't want boba too. We came in for breakfast and split a Danish as well as macarons that were so fresh and delicious too. Really a quality place but perhaps the best part is the service. The woman behind the counter is the absolute sweetest and cares about making the customer happy. She's so friendly attentive that it really made us feel good. This will be my go to bubble tea spot in the area for now on

I've been coming here for 2 years, and I hate to say that this place has gone downhill. There is such an emphasis on the aesthetic, but less attention to customer service. In the last 6 months or so - after renovations - a lot of people have been walking out frustrated. With limited staff and high demand, I worry about the future of this place. It's a shame - they have AMAZING boba

Ordered mocha flavored coffee, it was very weak, bland, I didn't like it, so I asked if I could exchange it for a different item, and the person behind the counter refused, she said just because I tasted it, I couldn't exchange it. Her facial expression turned to mean looking. Must places I have been to will offer an exchange if you don't like an item. Very poor customer service. I was not offered a sample, so how would I know, since this was my first visit here. Visited here because I thought place was cute from the outside, but totally different experience on the inside.I was very disappointed.

I really wanted some iced coffee after hanging out with friends on the lake. I hate chain restaurants so I’m always up for trying a new local place. Bubble and co didn’t disappoint!It is tucked away in the corner of this area but it is so cute. I felt like I was transported to a boba place in Korea or Japan.The prices were super reasonable- and look at how big my drink was for less than $6!They also had pastries, macaroons, cheesecake, sodas, energy drinks and more. Indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was really clean and neat. I def recommend checking them out!I wasn’t sure where it was on my map so I parked in the garage across the street but there is street parking and a parking lot right outside.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the end of the sidewalk and no obstruction to the door

While this place is lovely, I have a few concerns/issues:1) My coworker visited a few days ago, and the person at the front offered her a sample then proceeded to charge her $5.00 for taking said sample.2) My coworkers and I have gift cards, and the cashier said our cards are no good. FYI, they have not been redeemed yet. She tried to give me a loyalty card. I tried to explain to her that it was not the same thing, but I'm not sure if she understood.

Very nice little boba tea shop in Maitland! Bubble & Co. has all the necessities - many different types of teas, lots of toppings for your drinks, and even some snacks to have with your drink! We got two different drinks: Thai milk tea and their “house black velvet” milk tea, both with cheese foam. Our only complaint was the cheese foam wasn’t really noticeable, I think because they chose to mix it into the drink. We just prefer it on the top…but that’s a minor thing, no big deal. The Thai milk tea was a good, classic Thai tea, but the house black velvet tea was actually awesome! I highly recommend that one if you want a good black tea - maybe get it 75% sweetness level though because 100% is pretty sweet. All in all, great place, great service (the lady was very nice) and we will be returning!!
