We had a party of 2. The hostess said it would be a 15-20 minute wait because they had no clean tables but when we turned around the middle section and the section along the wall was all clear. The real reason was they didn't have enough waitresses. Then as we were waiting we just happened to look down and saw a bug. I said "I think that's a roach" well it was moving real fast then stopped in the center of the waiting area IT WAS A HUGE ROACH, about 2 inches long. I said I'm not eating here with the bugs. I passed the hostess on the way out and told she might wanna kill that roach on the floor. We left!

Food was great but we were looking to dine in. They should update it on google maps that they’re currently only doing take out orders.

Never had Buffalo Wild Wings before, took a quick get away for the weekend to Orlando, and we really wanted some good wings, so we ordered 10 wings with fries and a chicken Caesar salad, placed the order over the phone, give our order twice to the young lady on the phone, she repeated it back to us and told us our order would be ready in 20mins. Got to the restaurant waited in line 30mins to receive the order, then got back to the Hotel and noticed the fries wasn't in the bag, called the restaurant back told them the fries wasn't in the bag so the young told us to come back and they would have the fries ready, got back to the restaurant waited again in a long line of angry people who was also upset about their food orders only to get to the front of the line to be told we didn't order fries! So we left upset, so when I had the chance to eat my wings they were cold! So I'm very disappointed with my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant was very short staffed which I do understand with the pandemic but better customer service is a must with employees who are already there. No one wants to spend money on anything they can't enjoy!

Definitely the worst Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever ordered from!! Ordered online and said my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. We ordered twenty traditional wings and found out upon arrival that they were out of traditional wings…yes, that’s right no wings at Buffalo Wild Wings! Then took about an hour and a half to get our food. When we finally got our food, they missed two orders of fries and a kids meal from our order, so we had to wait while for them to cook the chicken tenders while all the other food all got cold. I’ve never seen a poorer run place!!

I ordered a delivery at 8:30 pm at the Orlando lake buena vista store, they confirmed the order for delivery at 10:26 pm, but I never received anything. all I got was a cancellation text message at 10:10 pm. terrible service

The food was outrageously disgusting and I have never in my 25 years of living tasted worse wings than these. I will never be returning here again. The staff don't even check up on you and they take forever to serve and they were walking past us just fooling around. It took us 15 minutes to get a new drink.

Got there at 11:00 PM and Saw they saw online they are opened till midnight. So out of courtesy called to make sure they were still seating people, but they said the dining room closed at 11 and takeout closes at 1130. I say no big deal I'll do a takeout. I walk inside and they tell me they're out of wings and never made mention of it on the phone. Very very disappointing and the girl at the counter was very rude.

Came to eat here after a 10 hour drive with our 5 kids. Understandably was quoted a 45 min wait because they were busy and we were a large party. We waited 45 minutes until 1045 and noticed they closed at 11. Went in to assure we would be seated and the hostess assured that. Another 20 minutes pass and my fiance goes in to check and the hostess was gone. No communication to the staff. We decided to order take out and they quoted us 40 minutes. The team would not get the manager. It is now 1148 pm 2 hours later my fiance got the food checked it and it seems to be wrong. He is finally speaking to a manager. Terrible terrible service

Chicken Parm with bone wings (traditional) are absolutely mouthwateringly delicious! Love love love the celery side! I always love eating something healthy with something that may not be so healthy to equal it out Boyfriend enjoyed his tacos! They were a little on the spicy side! Fries were on point! Pretzel app was absolutely delicious, soft inside and crunchy outside, absolutely perfect! Definitely a great place to check out for lunch or dinner!
Our order takes an eternity to be ready. We order online 25 minutes ahead and at the time we arrive to the restaurant the person at the mobile orders area told us that the order would be ready in 20 minutes... I'll wait those 20 minutes outside in my car then I'll go back again and ask to the cashier and she tell us that the order would take another 15 minutes to be completed. They seems that they were not ready for so many mobile orders and they told us that they were behind... I don't think we going to order again from here.

Not a bad place, service was slow (1 hour), lighting poor, entrance could use logos, etc. Food was good except the coleslaw which was just shredded cabbage with a tiny splash of dressing.
