The ribs were dry, and the nachos were burnt. The food tasted and looked as it had been seating somewhere for a while and they suddenly remembered that we were waiting for it... The experience was very disappointing. We are not coming back to this Chili's.

Probably the worst chilis experience we've had.The bathrooms and dining room needed cleaning. Food was subpar and delayed side items, fries finally arrived 10min after we finished eating and pointed it out to the waitress. My triple dipper was wrong twice but decided to just take what I could get and eat it. The waitress seemed stressed and annoyed that my order was incorrect. I know what I ordered because I order the same way each visit.The waitress started off strong but once a large party arrived and took all her attention, we felt forgotten. She was doing the best she could. We saw other staff standing around looking grumpy, not sure why they couldn't help, at least with drink refills.Also, the hostess was unprofessional and cared more about her phone than greeting customers.I know its a chilis and should not have high expectations but this location needs some help. Hopefully, it was just a bad night for the staff and you'll have a more pleasant experience.

Chili’s is our go to for a quick meal whenever we are traveling. I don’t usually write reviews often but I feel like people rarely write good reviews and I definitely felt the need to give a shoutout to our server Melissa ! My husband and I were debating on bringing our kids into the restaurant because they were cranky from traveling all day but we needed to get a good meal instead of fast food. Melissa was not only very attentive to make sure we enjoyed our meals she was amazing with getting our kids out of their crankiness and making our dinner experience so enjoyable.

my service was so bad here. my waiter forgot to put in or food after 40 minutes it finally came and we had no silverware or plates. everything was super greasy and unenjoyable. fountain drinks were super watered down and my waiter kept passing our table to assist other tables without checking on us for 10-15 mins at a time. we ended up getting the appetizers for free for the inconvenience but i ended up just boxing up my food because sitting at an empty table for so long watching other people eat made me lose my appetite. will not be going to this location again

Hello everyone, you have to go to Chilis and eat their delicious chicken quesadillas, they are wonderful and the strawberry lemonade is spectacular!
I was surprised by this place, was expecting poor quality, but the food was fresh and taste was pretty good. The margaritas were some of the best I had, but we are from Melbourne so take that as an advisory.

W ewere in Orlando for a cruise, and on the way back, we stayed in Orlando for a night before flying to Houston, so we had desert at Chili's that was close to the hotel.We ordered coffee and cheese cake, but the waitress came in only once to intrudoce herself and to bring water, bit she didnt bother to come back to take our order, and then ignored us for the next 25 minutes! She wouldn't look at us, we couldn't call her, or wave for her because she never looked!!.My husband had to go to another waitress to place an order, and when she was there standing next to the cashier, she barely apologized with no explanation.
