Love the food, hate the system. The line is consistently long, running to the exit on the other side of the establishment, employees are plentiful and yet they cannot seem to make but ONE bowl at a time. When you get your bowl, the meat is cold, the corn is always semi frozen, and they have becomr extremely selfish with their portions. 1 star because of the lines and slow bowl prep with 5 people behind the counter!

I go to eat Chipotle almost every day but today the food was very bad the rice was watery the meat was very cold the sprite soda was sparkling water it was not useful they charge too expensive for a very bad meal and presentation I will not eat there again I would like my money

I live close to the Waterford Location but prefer to drive farther as this Chipotle is always an issue. Employees are rude and they are always out of items. Tonight the line was ridiculous long, when it was our turn the first employee just look at us as if we owed him something. My wife ask for a salad and the employee just looked at her and place like 6-7 leaves on the bowl. When he asked me what he wants I told her she wasn’t finished and he placed more leaves. I asked for a bowl and he was with an attitude so another employee came to help us. Then at the next station there was no mild or medium sauce and no guacamole (3 hours before closing). The only person that was useful was the cashier and the second employee that prepared my bowl. Employees really got an very miserable attitude here.

I have the chicken quesadillas with three sides, rice, black beans and tomatoes, it was delicious, my accompanied has the chicken burrito with a side of guacamole which was fresh and delicious too, I also recommend the barbacoa meat.

Every time I order at this location, they have always gotten the order right. When it is packed (lol we love Chipotle) they are able to get through the line quick. I come to this Chipotle even if it’s a father drive because they operate better than the one on East colonial. Great job guys!

Constantly run out of chips and steak. One person can get extra portions cause they say, can I get a little more. And the next person barely a scoop of meat. Run out of kids chips instead of breaking a bigger bag they will say they’re out and not offer an alternative. I believe the reason this chipotle is like this is it’s under staffed for how busy it is and the employees are doing so much. Some of the employees are great of course and figure out solutions but it’s a 50/50 chance
