Honestly I am super disappointed with every chipotle near me (east orlando). My kids and i walked in to 2 different locations today (university and east Colonial) and both were out of almost every meat and cheese. This is probably the 5th time in a row we've experienced this. It's just really bad supply management.

Soon as I walk in a Chipotle will asked? Do you have Vinaigrette? If no I won’t buy from their restaurant. The employee responded, yes. (There are different set of employees each time I go. Never the same faces than again I don’t eat there often.) However, I waited in the line for my order as soon as it my turn to pay. I had asked for vinaigrette. The young lady said, we don’t have any. I shared, it doesn’t taste good without it. The young lady said, we don’t have any nowhere I just gave the last one. Unfortunately, she continues bag the food, saying, I’m sorry. My response, I’m sorry too. Walked out without any food. It’s important to know get only what you pay for nothing more or less. I haven’t been going to eat there because of lacking condiments thinking to myself vinaigrette is Chipotle signature and they continue to lack not enough of us walking away from the lack but buying despite of. Chipotle will continue to lack as long as we continue to buy. Does that make sense? One restaurant isn’t any different from the other in this particular area they all follow the same procedure. Ohhh I’m sorry. Okay, I’m sorry too. ( Keep your money)

This is the worst chipotle location i have ever been to in my life, ive been here around 10 times and they never fail to ruin my view of chipotle as a company, the staff always have an attitude, the food does not taste as good, and the portions are always smaller, DO NOT COME HERE, save yourself and go to the one on colonial

Out of steak, barbacoa, cheese, chips, cup lids on a Friday evening at 8pm. Burrito wasn't even rolled up, just folded closed and wrapped in tin. Pork was nothing but fat. Tried this place because the Waterford location is so bad....will go to Moe's next time.

We place a $62 food order for our family. When I called the restaurant they blamed the delivery driver. But actually the driver was given the wrong order to deliver. The driver felt bad and went back to the restaurant to get the correct order but not without the employees giving him a hard time. We will never get food from here again!

Ordered a chicken bowl with queso and a kid quesadilla. Kids quesadilla had white rice, guacamole and sour cream. They gave me queso instead of sour cream. They also charged me for a chicken quesadilla with an add on of guacamole which is around 7-8$ more than what I ordered. Proceeded to go back in to dispute and they gave me 5 dollars cash and told me to leave. Also did not get the side of chips or drink that comes with a kids meal. Once home, opened the quesadilla to be completely burnt into the aluminum foil, and had to rip off a lot of pieces from it. Quesadilla itself was burnt. Trust me when I say drive the extra 10 minutes to another chipotle.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Always out of something, slow service, never has any food 2 hours before closing, usually dirty on the inside. Management obviously doesn’t care and it goes to show. Go absolutely anywhere else but here.

New crew member that started today here (I was told, don’t know his name) and worked a busy evening shift. He was extremely friendly, smiled when I ordered, and gave me excellent service. Great job on your first day. Some guy on the line that was ‘training’ him was kinda rude and made him stop making my tacos after a lil nothing mistake, that was fixed in one sec, and told me it was his first day. lmao. I wanted him to finish making my tacos:)
