2 workers there were arguing in Haitian so loud i had to yell to place the order and the girl got mad i couldn't hear her. I got my rubbery chewy chicken and it tasted like as$. This chipitole sucks they have an angry all haitian staff.

This is the most mismanaged Chipotle I have ever been to. I gave it multiple passes on leaving a bad review, but enough is enough. They are always out of stuff for the walk-in guest but have everything for the online guest. We are both paying the same price. How can they have everything for online orders and refuse to give mild salsa from the online counter to the dine in guests. Then the system is down another time and can't take orders in person online only. A sign on the door would be great, so I don't waste my time waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence just to tell me they can't produce the food unless I do it online. Just seems like the walk-in Guest doesn't matter to this location.

Went to this Chipotle after a long day of driving and walking. The Chipotle was incredibly busy but the line moved very fast. When we got to the counter, there was a sweet African American lady who was running that place like the Navy. I was in shock because I didn’t think a fast food restaurant was ever that serious. Nevertheless, she got us through in amazing time and gave us plenty of food and exactly what we asked for. Shoutout to her and the rest of the employees at that Chipotle. When I am back in Orlando, you can trust that you will see me there. Might even buy two bowls, just to have one for later. I wish corporate would transfer her to Chipotle in Jacksonville town center so she could run that place like the navy instead, because they seriously need it.

My disappointment with this chipotle is absolutely immeasurable. First time I come in they skimp me out on the portions, give me the wrong change, and the employees just stare at you and say nothing when you walk in. I come in a week later, and as i start to order, they scoop my rice and then the employee proceeds to tell me “oh btw we won’t have chicken for a while” after the guy right in front of me just got some. The employee is cutting it right behind him yet they won’t have any for a while? Makes absolutely no sense. Employee didn’t even apologize or care but I’m not surprised. This location is cancelled

i order 2 burrito bowls and 2 bags of chips with a side of large gauc. in EACH of my bowls i didn’t receive any sour cream as i ordered and i never received my gauc. i ordered one of my bowls with no rice. however the bowl that i did order with rice didn’t have ANY. I called the store to see if there is anything they can do for me since i wasted my moneys worth, when i called the store it was just a robot speaking and breaking up, i have perfectly fine signal so i do not understand why the robot is telling me they cannot hear me and i do not understand why i cannot hear them, i asked to speak with a manager 100x until i got frustrated and hung up. NOW I AM HERE. i would never ever waste my money at this chipotle ever again. I read a bunch of other reviews and it’s always the same complaints. FIND BETTER EMPLOYEES. the level of unprofessionalism is disappointing especially regarding how expensive the food here is.
