Unfortunately, this was probably the worst chipotle experience I've ever had. I am very familiar with the chain, and I eat there frequently, very rarely do I have any complaints. Firstly, the employees at this location were very disinterested being there, and it showed in the food that they prepared. I ordered a bowl with the Carne Asada. Once the young man put together my entire order, I grabbed it to walk away and noticed that it was significantly lighter than I've ever felt a burrito bowl to be. However, I wasn't very hungry, so I figured this was likely due to just less rice being given the normal. When I took it to the table, however, I discovered that the food was prepared very subpar.The portion size was abysmal. Normally, you at least receive enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl, which did not occur in this instance. Carne Asada... I probably got a total of 6 to 8 finely cut pieces. The guacamole was not seasoned appropriately and was not the correct consistency. Not to mention the fact that, there was pieces of avocado skins in my guac that I had to remove. The rice was slightly undercooked, but that was not that big of a deal. Lots of bites had questionable texture. Overall, just a bad experience.

The service I was given today at this location was very disrespectful. I work at the mall and I’m constantly getting food here. Server Jay was EXTREMELY RUDE AND PUSHY. I felt like I was doing something wrong by ordering food. There was no one behind me but he was acting like the entire small was waiting on chipotle. I asked to speak to a manager & come to find out that he is a manager. This is my last time at this location because of JAY. Fix your attitude or you’ll keep driving $ away.

I ask the server about if I have to pay more for what he is offering me, like cheese and guacamole and he said no. I put an amount like a tablespoon of guacamole and was charge the amount of almost US$3. I said that I will not add if I have to pay more or for that insignifficant amount. The cashier said that I have to pay. I said to take it off, but she refused. I paid The amount to get out of that situation. NEVER eat on that Chipotle again.
