This place has NEVER gotten my mobile order correct. They always forget the kids meal fruit and milk in the bag. Tonight, they switched the meat without telling us and it was so spicy we could not eat the food. I reached out on the chipotlefeedback website and left a note there, no follow up at all, just a “thanks for letting us know” message. This location is awful.

Terrible service, we entered and we waited five minutes to be attended while we were the only one in the line. No one greeted or let us know they would be with us in a moment.When we did get served the server had a bad attitude. She also made our order very wrong when told we wanted double chicken, she gave us double steak; we also asked for a side of red salsa and she gave us pico de gallo. There were 2 girls in the front this was on 2/25/24 at 10:00pm

Seems like the guy employees are childish especially the guy with lips tattoo on his neck. These guys are loud and annoying. I remembered why I stopped going there. Nothing changed..Go somewhere else not worth it. Looking for quiet place to eat, this is not place.

The place is awful there was a pice of wood in the avocado. I thing it’s from the wooden box where they mix the avocado together but still it’s unsanitary and it could have serious injured someone. This is disgraceful!

Super loud and hard to place order. Rushed to make a decision and food looked like it had been sitting. Wanted fresh lettuce because it was at the bottom and was brown and employee said they didn't have anymore. It was only 2pm. I walked out. I love chipotle. The employees are rude. I live 5 minutes from this location but will not go back. Also so $$$
