I stopped coming here after my kids’ quesadillas came out with non-melted cheese a few times in a row. As if they put them under the press just for a few seconds to warm them up.In one occasion, I did pay attention to the employee and suggested to please leave the quesadillas in the press a bit longer. The employee did not like that, but then again, the quesadillas didn’t come out with melted cheese.At times the employees got into conversations and did not take care of customers. Lots of laughter while they talk amongst themselves. As customers, we prefer for that not to happen and for them to focus on giving us an attentive experience.I used to come to this Chipotle spot because it is still close to everything I do in Dr. Phillips and it was fast and good. Which is what’s supposed to be.It was not fast and good food the last few times I went. It was more of a “slower” and bad food experience. Maybe I will return in a few months from now just to see if they have gone back to deliver how they started.

Got a burrito which was great, tons of filling and good taste. We decided to eat in, but the place was pretty dirty and music was loud and pretty weird.
Eating was fine at this location, but if you need to get in touch with the store--forget it! We have been calling, trying to go through customer care, etc for over 24 hours after possibly leaving a purse here, and we cannot get anyone to take our call. It leads you to believe someone working there confiscated the purse and purposely doesn't want anyone to know. We live an hour and 20 minutes away and were only in town for a conference over the weekend. Customer care should be taken seriously. A family member who is more local will go in person tomorrow to see what they have to say.

Ordered it on Uber Eats and the quantity was dismal. $18 for a double chicken burrito bowl and it barely halfway filled the bowl. Clearly the manager doesn't care what happens in the restaurant and whoever is making these to go orders wasn't loved enough as a child.
