My favorite Ice Cream brand in all of USA. Absolute monsters in regards of size, flavor and value. You can pick blindly at any options and I'm certain you'll enjoy the result. I wouldn't recommend the large size though. That's not for normal human beings. Small or medium are the perfect sizes

Went to Cold Stone for a small sundae, waited too long because of no staff there to assist and then cut by a friend and told they won’t do anything I wanted. Very disappointed as a long time admirer of Cold Stone’s products and frequent other of their establishments.For context: I Arrived at Cold Stone for an Oreo Overload advertised on their overhead board. I'm a regular at cold stone but these were the grumpiest staff I've had anywhere! They have a "rum raisin" ice cream...with no raisins...and no raisins available as a mix in. Because of how it was labelled I assumed I could get raisins. But she wouldn't let me change once I realised it was just rum. They were just super short and grumpy with us.
