Omg! One of the BEST Italian restaurants I've ever been to! Top notch service as well, I felt very spoiled! I came to Kissimmee to visit my friend and we came here for dinner the first night. I regret not taking pictures of the food to share, you'll just have to trust me! It is now has a permanent spot on my itinerary whenever I visit Florida. You just can't beat the quality and the prices are more than reasonable.

Great cocktails and steaks. Staff is great. We go there every year we come. Not cheap but worth every penny!
Ordered the Delmonico steak, medium rare. Server dropped it at the table and was gone for almost 15 minutes. The steak was medium to med-well throughout with almost no seasoning. When I showed the server she apologized - but no offer to replace, no manager, no consideration on the ticket. Regardless whether a steak costs $15 or $40 or $150, it should be cooked to the temperature requested by the person who'll be eating it, not whatever the kitchen wants to send out.

Hosts and service was really awesome. Loved the hats!! Food was good overall and bad service was good too.This is the theme park area so they turn the tables and there is high volume.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu with activities. Good portions.

I had a bad and first experience. It was my friend's birthday. The waitress was very rude. I asked for a juice and she brought a glass full of ice and watery juice. I asked to change it with less ice. She replied that it would be less juice and not a full glass. I was upset that she would charge for something I was not obligated to drink. She had a brat attitude and very confrontational. I order a Salmon food and it was extremely salty. At the end I complained to the manager about her attitude. The host was listening my conversation with the manager and called the waitress. She came to confront me in front of the manager and it was really unprofessional. I will never go back to this restaurant again! The manager was very polite. I hope they called her attention. All because a glass of juice?!

Filla Portbella was very good, as well the Clam Chowder. I liked the hint of spice in the chowder. The place was packed when I went, but the service was great and the food/ drinks came without much wait.
