We rarely have date nights and felt it would be appropriate to return to our old stomping grounds (bc - before the child). I became the wine shop customer in 2013, way before it became Digress Wine. The place then was dark, quiet and cold, just like a wine cellar, a bit uncomfortable to walk in, but had great wine selection. Then new ownership stepped in and with every visit the transformations started to take place: from updated interior to the wines brought from their numerous trips all over the world. Reading their newsletter is a special interaction for me: it is a skillfully crafted short story, full of imagery and passionate approach to wine as a cultural experience. Moving into 2023, after 4 years of active parenthood, we were amazed at how much love, effort, creativity, and positive energy was put into the place! I am not going to go into detail here, just want to say, the outdoor area was perfectly set up, with a touch of tropical garden, the lanterns and candles... and wine! Oh, the generous pour of rich and lucious wisdom! We thank the owners for beeing true wine enthusiasts, for creating the local place where my husband and I fall in love with each other every time!

Super relaxing, friendly cozy outdoor area. Perfect for a quiet evening with friends or lovers. The staff and owner are always friendly and helpful. The duck food truck is out of this world delicious highly recommend secret, Jen, and College Park.
Wonderful hidden gem, the staff is friendly and are very knowledgeable of the wine, they have a great selection. I’ve been in a couple times and have found several amazing wines and the food is to die for!

You wanna go where everybody knows your name. It is charming & relaxing. IMO, everything a wine bar should be. The advice is always spot on. Rob & his team are the greatest. Never pretentious, they teach you about wine & how to enjoy it. We are members of the wine club & have brought so many friends to Digress. It is a hidden gem. And the food! Don't even get me started on Duck & Drake That, my friends, will require a separate review Cheers!
