On vacation at a hotel, we ordered through the app and were disappointed. It said that the pizza would be delivered in 47-57 minutes. An hour later, I got a text that my delivery person was pulling up and to be ready. 15 minutes later we were scratching our heads trying to figure out where he went, if he delivered it to the wrong room, if the front desk had it, etc. We ended up calling the restaurant and they said the app must be wrong and that they are almost there. He also said he has no control over the app notifications.Shortly after, we get a text saying that they were in the lobby and not able to bring it to the room (which is fine), but the the issue was, we were in the lobby and no delivery person was there. Finally, we got the pizza that was clearly not fresh. Awesome. An hour and half for old pizza, confusion and frustration.

The pizza prepared here is abysmal. The cheese hardly covered the entire pizza. The toppings were easily pulled off after one bite. The slices weren't even cut completely. I had to tear each piece apart from one another. I waited in the lobby for my meal to be prepared and I over heard a phone call from a customer complaining that an order never arrived. The manager argued that the delivery boy placed the food at the correct location and refused to remake their order. If you want good pizza, I suggest you go elsewhere.

I wish they knew how to make pizzas. I used to work at dominos and this store doesnt have anybody that knows how to stretch dough and put the correct amount of toppings. Your pie will have 3 very thick slices and the rest very thin. Dominos standard is when you hold up a slice it shouldnt be floppy. If you stretch the dough the right way and hold it up to the light you would be able to see the same density of light coming through all around. This store does not follow any of Dominos quality standards and then wants to say I am trying to scam them for free food for calling them out on their mistakes that they make so often. The pan pizza is by far the worst that they stretch because it requires a technique that they just dont know. But then again you cant expect too much from a bunch of “CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS” making 9$ an hour to make pizza. This is the worst Dominos Pizza because they just dont care and it shows in their service and food. STAY AWAY PAPA JOHNS UP THE ROAD 10x BETTER.

This post is my first on Google that will perhaps stand out one day. I found out that I am the great grandson of Napoleon Bonaparte and the last ruler of France, Napoleon III. I am Napoleon Dynamite today enjoying loaded TOTS and amazing pizza from Dominos. One of my great grandmother's was Queen Marie Marguerite of Savoy for whom Margherita pizza is named for. The power of 3 - like the dots on Domino's domino. I am Dominus.Vegetarian options: Always nice to be able to customize the ingredients to your liking - as the customer.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options. Vegan without cheese.
