This is the closest dunkin to my house and I've been going there for a few years now and I've been satisfied for they're service and products but the last 3 times I went the hash browns were hard as rocks I had to throw them away I gave them the benefit of doubt and let it go but this morning my husband went to get me and my son breakfast before he left for work and ice again the hash browns are not even edible and I'm really mad so a warning to everyone Avoid the hash browns...read full review

So almost every day I go to DD, sometimes different locations. This location didn't completely meet my expectations. I ordered a medium Iced caramel latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle. I got my latte with whip cream but was missing my caramel drizzle. I could have easily just had her take it back and add it but why do I need to repeat myself when I had already said when I first put my order in? This is why I'm giving this location 2 stars.

Went to this Dunkin Donuts this morning to get a bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and a medium hot chocolate. I have nothing to complain about the service because it was excellent, but when you don't have ketchup packets in your establishment and your hot chocolate taste like water with a dab of hot chocolate in it, then we have a problem. I'm more than likely won't be returning to this establishment because their hot chocolate taste so horrible.
