Went to the pool bar and it was a fantastic time. Elijah is an amazing bartender, very entertaining. He makes the experience fun. The food was good, but the drinks are the bomb. I had the Electric Lemonade, 10/10 would recommend.

I checked into the hotel on Thursday April 22 and left Sunday April 25. Check in was ok. Could barley hear the girl at the front desk, when we said huh and we can’t hear you she proceeded to have an attitude. The elevator, save yourself some time and use the stairs. Our room was decent. We were in the tower. We did have a few ants in one of the beds in the room. We did not have any major issues till Saturday night. We got back from a LONG day at the parks to come back to a hotel with ZERO parking. I called the front desk just to see if they had additional parking due to their mishap on booking a huge party without any notifications. The front desk stated “let me be real with you, these are my people and they are all paying guests.” With that being said I stated where their parking tickets were..... I am a white female and I’m not sure what my people were in reference too. He stated he was the overnight guy and that I could park anywhere on property and my car would not get towed. This “party” had a few cops watching and patting everyone down before they went in. There were guys on the front steps of the tower smoking weed and so drunk they could barley walk. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Will not book this hotel ever again. Everyone has been struggling with covid and this hotel is just trying to make a quick buck. Shame on y’all.

Beautiful pool area which is a real plus especially if you have children. The room was comfortable, but I felt like the floors and bathroom should have been cleaned better. There was an adjoining room with a gap under the door so we didn’t feel as though we had much privacy because we could hear the conversations in the other room and I’m sure they could hear us. Other than that, it is a convenient location on I-Drive and it’s an okay place to stay.

I came to the Avanti Palms Resort and was chilling by the pool, when out of all the sudden, in this Florida heat and being by the pool, I got thirsty! I came to the bar and the bartender, Elijah, from Jamaica, made me some mimosas that were out of this world! Super friendly , great service, and phenomenal drinks!

I read all the reviews and did not have the same experience. The man at reception that helped us could not have been any nicer his name is Raymond. The room was not luxurious but it was clean and well made up. There were hidden gems throughout the resort. They had private seating areas with fire pits during the evening which were lovely. You didn't need a vehicle to get to anything you needed which was nice.

Terrible stay. The floors were dirty, beds were not queens, the bathtub floor was sunken in, and there was water dripping from the Ceiling. The worst part is the ants/small spiders all over the room. Huge clusters of them. Went to the front desk to complain and no one seemed to cared or even apologized for our stay and the disgusting mess. Never stay here!!! They also told us there was nothing they could do.

I'm from Mission tx and flew faraway to enjoy a good stay, we'll it wasn't I booked a pool view and got a free way view. The restroom didn't close, busted door and tv is not working properly I tried to complain and no one could give me a response and the manager wasn't available according to front desk, very dissatisfied.

This place was nothing like they make it out to be. I hope you don't expect to get what you see on the website because you will not. I think the pictures that where taken for this place where taken years ago and need to be updated. I don't even want to give then one star, I took my kids there on a get away before school bad choice. The room I booked was not the room they gave me as I told the man he seemed not to care, so we went to this tower room on the 5th floor not a poolside room I booked and paid for. Walked in smells like mildew, no water pressure at all, no Towles and my son said mom the floor is soaked by the ac as he was looking at our great view on I-4. I then went down to be moved as they made me feel as I was inconveniencing them. Really!!! We are in room 2 at this piont it's whatever. NEVER AGAIN!! room is filthy out of date ants in the bathroom and when you where sleeping felt like you where being bit by something praying it's not bedbugs so needless to say no sleep at all. As I checked the bed in the morning I find moldy french fries looks like the beds on the bottom had not been dusted inches of dirt, other people's hair, food, dead bugs, the bed was on plywood pieces of wood that went across the bottom as a box spring. I could go on but you get it. Mold and holes in the bathroom along the bottom baseboards and they call them selves a resort no ppl more like a motel on the side of the interstate that you pay 45.00 a night for.. as I checked out I told them about my concerns and our stay also asked them why and how they could put people in a room that they know has bedbugs?? Her respond to me was well it's not our problem and we are aware, we do take care of it as soon as we find out we can't help that people bring them here. Well if you kept your room's clean that may be a huge help. wow lady is all I can say great way to represent the "resort" you work for. As I told her the beds and bathroom need a good cleaning she says o I'll pass it on. I wish I could post pictures for you all to see.

Booked from hotels.com as I was getting good deal 2 days prior to my landing but don't ever go here as it looks beautiful in the picture but its very poor maintained and nasty rooms and corridor. Also I booked a single king size room from hotels.com and she gave me room with 2 mini queen bed where on each bed only one person can sleep..thats totally made me mad and I called to reception and told that I need a king room and she said we dont have it any king...so I wrote a review on hotels.com soon after talking to front desk and I got call within 10 min from manager that please remove bad review we will refund you in full if you dont want that room and you can find room somewhere else...wtf..its saturday 6 pm,Orlando ,summer ,I travelled after 6 hours flight and she wants me to find room in another hotel...so disappointing .. 1)Carpet was so nasty 2)bathroom fan makes too much noise even you can here downstair floor bathroom noise 3) carpet on the corridor is so old and can see trash everywhere 4) 10 floor hotel builing with more than 500 rooms and only 2 elevators are available and you literally wait like you can write this much big review
Just have to say....We got stuck in the elevator! Scary! I do not recommend this hotel. Only good thing are the banquet halls.

How dirty can this hotel be! I booked the hotel through Hotel.com and they claim it was a 3.5 stars. Where the hell you get the stars from?! This hotel don't even deserve 1 star! Everything in the room is very dirty. The blankets and pillows were smelly. You can tell they haven't been washing them! So GROSS!!! And the carpet, why is it sticky! Dirty towel was hanging over the shower curtain. Did they not see that when they were cleaning the room for the next guest!!!! I guess the answer is no!! Never in my life have I experience such DIRTY Disgusting room! Never again. Hotel.com just lost my trust.

Do not stay here. Made a reservation through Tickets at Work corporate services. They took my money and sold the room then told me hotel was booked. They are a scam. Run away.
