Danny and Cristiana were so attentive and friendly and went above and beyond for us during our stay. Great friendly faces with great attitudes. Would definitely recommend staying here with such helpful people working.

Exceptional service, attentive and courteous staff. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed and the shower is great! ?. Nice amenities included in the room ?. What more can I say! I really enjoyed my stay ☺️.

Highly recommended and the staff will help however you need! I went to universal for the day and this hotel is the perfect design to get you in the mood for Harry Potter world, not to mention it’s a gorgeous comfortable room. They have really good coffee as well!
