We waited for a good 20 mins to be seated. The area with our table had broken a/c , nobody warned us until I asked to turn down temperature. Servers were running around ignoring us. Finally that asked one lady to take care of us ( it was end of their shifts). We had to eat in a heat with plastic utensils!!! Some of the food items ( potatoes) were missing and we didn’t want to wait any longer. Eggs Benedict were terrible. The whole experience was the worst! When I asked manager why no one warned us about Broken a/c in our area , she only offered me bottle of water and apologized. Other areas were perfectly cool with working a/c and my family had to struggle. It’s a good chain, but this location should be managed better because it’s busy with tourists.

The service was great, the food we ordered was not the best. They served my daughter raw fried chicken strips. There was no apology from the kitchen or manager. My daughter asked for cheese eggs ,they placed sliced American cheese over the eggs. How tacky! Our server was so kind but seemed over worked.

The server dropped my plate of food down on the table. No soup was given to me for my pancakes. Just cream was given for my coffee, no sugar was given.

Unfortunately, not a great experience on Saturday morning! We were hardly greeted on arrival. The coffee was cold. The waitresses stood around chatting while tables needed to be tended. We had to ask another waitress for utensils, another to refill coffee. There were no coffee pots available, while used pots were left on tables. We didn't receive our pancakes which was meant to come with the meal. When paying, I only added a 10% tip. The waitress started arguing about the tip, saying I should give her more since the service was good and the tip is her pay. I didn't want to start an argument so I changes it for her. She grabbed the slip from me. As we left she complained to the other waitresses.

Not busy at all however my food was cold I tried the “new biscuits and gravy I had to ask for additional gravy because again the gravy on top was cold and it was probably the size of a silver spoonful (no exaggeration) my sunny side eggs were NOT sunny lol trying to lighten this info just to say it’s NOT a pleasant experience trying to eat cold breakfast. We will not be returning and to top of this awful breakfast experience our server was rude- rushed us during ordering someone else came to deliver the food then she came for a second time to say “when you are ready to pay’ I’ll be upfront!” My husband had to ask for water because we never got anything to drink. She came back with our water- only to repeat about paying for our bill upfront with her.

I would have definitely given a negative rating if possible. Worst service,. Dirty cutlery and took a pretty long time to serve breakfast and that too it was cold. If you care for your hygiene , this is not the place to go to. Not sure about other IHOP’s here in Orlando but this review is for this one in International drive .
