This is our favorite sandwich joint near Waterford Lakes. The staff us always super nice, friendly, and freaky fast! Sandwiches are really good, as I personally like the Turkey Tom.

the food is great, but i’m constantly having issues with their delivery service. on my last order they forget one of my items and had to come back to delivery it 30+ minutes later. on todays order it took over an hour to get delivered. when i called the store, they said they only had one driver on the schedule and he was out delivering 7 orders at a time. I will not be ordering delivery anymore.

On 6/4 I did a DoorDash order , alanie called me at 608pm and told me there were do drivers and will have to cancel. I agreed. I called back at 632 and asked why as it still pending, alani placed me on hold. At 638 she completed the order while I was on the call. Alanie said she didn’t and she canceled it at 609pm but that’s not true. I contacted DoorDash and they said it was delivered and declined my refund . I called DoorDash and 3way jimmyjohns with alanie again who confirmed with DoorDash that it was not completed or delivered because they have no drivers. DoorDash still declined my refund because it is marked completed and delivered at 638pm. Therefore jimmyjohns stole my $18.51

It was my first time here .. the girl behind the counter looked very annoyed I didn’t know what I wanted .. I asked for oil and mayonnaise and I got none of that .. food wasn’t super unflavored , won’t be back , but next time better customer service ?

We came by on 1/28/23 at 2:45pm and the location was not open. Is this location permanently closed? Still had Christmas themed posters up in window.
This store has been closed randomly (at 4 rather than 8-9) the last 2 times I’ve gone here with no update on their website or on Google. On their mobile ordering app, the location shows as open and accepting orders which is obviously a lie.

Clean restaurant the bathrooms are clean this time they weren't hanging out on their cell phones the sandwiches were being served quickly they tightened up Jimmy John's Foods always been good though and I'm a regular customer

If you're in the mood for Hoagies and Grinders, Jimmy John's does a decent job at that. Their submarines are all the same length but they have a regular and slim, and I don't order enough to really know. I was at Chipotle next door and the sign for the new Thai Chicken Wrap caught my eye. The chicken was cold which was great as it was a for later item that we ended up eating with dinner later. If you join the Jimmy John's reward program, you get a free sub after your first purchase and surprisingly, I was not a member yet so I signed up and shortly after my first order, I received the free sub in the app. I have yet to redeem this thing. The wife isn't a fan of this place, so I'll likely be back when I'm out and about on my own, although she did like the Thai Chicken Wrap, so maybe I'll make a convert. Maybe if they renamed it to Joey Joe's it would be much more liked.
