Pros: this place has decent Asian American fare at a reasonable price. The service is fast and friendly. Cons: Portion and quality of the content included with a Bento Box is fair at best, the sushi here is not exactly the best. Dirty tables, saggy booth seats, and the lighting is the wrong color temperature. Gluten in the "gluten free" entrees unfortunately. Guess because it was a busy night for them. One time I also found a carrot in an entree that wasn't supposed to have any. Every other time I've had a good experience with Pei Wei but now I'm a little worried about eating here with the cross contamination issues I've noticed lately. I really hope they address this with the employees because the food is tasty and would've been highly recommended otherwise.

I think this place is great for a casual but good quality meal at a fair price. They've changed their menu up to include a more overall asian cuisine which I think is the right direction for the type of place it is. Order up front, bring your number to a table for the runner to bring you your food sort of thing.
