I have been living in Glass House now for almost a year, being the 3rd move-in, I can honestly speak on the property, as I have watched it transform. The best thing about the property is the management. Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with this Beautiful, Stunning and well designed property, but without proper management, it would be just another pretty face. I have had people come visit and their first reaction is, how clean it is. Now that says a lot, when you see the Amazing property. There is a 2 level gym, movie room, sauna and steam room, with an on-call masseuse. The entrance is so art deco, the smell upon entering the building is inviting, and as you enter, you are overcome by the amazing view of the pool. There is a resident restaurant coming soon, and exercise by the pool to keep you fit as you enjoy all that Glass House has to offer, with a calendar of Monthly activities, So do I recommend living here, Yes, but understand the standard of living, is not for the faint of heart, understanding the rules will be enforced. You are surrounded by numerous restaurants, nail salons, barbers, etc. so yes come and see, do a walkthrough, visit the up and coming neighborhood, and join the family, if your looking for what Glass House has to offer, Oh and yes the apartments are roomy and every apartment has a balcony.

Stay away from this company They stole $1400.00 from me. Lorena and Leon will act like they are responsible till they get your monies... I'll update this later but wanted to warn people... Please please please don't give them your hard earned monies...

Do not trust this company, they will take your $ and run. Gave deposit over a month ago and now they don't take my calls, they don't return my calls, no reply to texts. The few times they did reply I was given excuse after excuse. Deposit was given for shower glass enclosure on the 16th of December. December 22nd I texted for an update and was told by Leon-Vice President "the admin that processes the drawings was just updated" they will check and let me know. December 27 I texted for another update as they never got back with me and was told by Leon "have not been able to get any answers they will be out until the 8th of jan". January 10th I texted for updates as yet again they had not gotten back with me and was told by Leon "Lorena-wife/President will be contacting you shortly". The following day January 11th I texted Leon yet again as I never heard from Lorena informed him that I felt I was being given the run around and his next excuse was "I'm in the hospital due to my sugar" he then gave me Lorena's phone number and asked that I contact her. I texted and called her that same day and again on the phone 15th and no answer and no reply. Made another attempt on Monday January 17th and again today the 19th and nothing. On top of all this, passed by their place of business and it appears to be shutdown. Not to mention all of the shady things I've found online in regards to this company and the people in charge after digging deeper. STAY AWAY! One way or another this matter will be rectified in the appropriate manner.
