My review of La Femme du FromageLooking for a charcuterie board for Christmas day we found La Femme du Fromage. Located downtown Orlando off Corrine drive located in the East End Market. The first issue was in the ordering process. When ordering, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and sent a message through email and left a voice mail. The manager called me back and we went over price points, sizes etc.It was very confusing to say the least. The website says large board $125, which doesn't include a 25% gratuity or tax. Gratuity is instantly added when you buy a board, which I believe is pretty high. The manager then said we have a 12x12 "all in" board, it includes cheeses, meats and fruit and nuts, crackers. This board is $160+ dollars. I thought ok, my budget is $175-$200 this would be good, so I ordered it.I was totally disappointed in the board. It included a bed of mixed nuts, a twig of green grapes, 2 strawberries, yes 2 strawberries! There were maybe 5 cheeses.2 different blue cheeses, a tiny little brie ( 2 inches, maybe) Swiss pieces and 3 we didn't recognize. There were 5 rolled up slices of salami (no good) and 2 slices of prosciutto. They included a small paper container of crackers.Well, no one like the tray, the nuts were on the bottom of this and were soggy wet.I could say so much more but I won't.Don't waste money on this. Do it yourself.I could have purchased so much more and made my own board.Lesson learned

Absolutely our favorite cheese shop. We always buy our holiday cheeses here. Also get sandwiches sometimes. You'll find meats, cheeses, wine and condiments that you can't find elsewhere.

I love La Femme. This place has the best cheese selection and grilled cheeses! Be sure to check it out if you are in Orlando and looking for some good eats!!

This is a good place for cheese, but it is very, very small, and their selection reflects that.If you’re looking for something specific, it might be worth giving them a quick call to see if they have it.If you’re in the neighborhood, then it’s worth a visit!

I absolutely adore this shop! Not only do they have a diverse cheese selection that you cannot just find anywhere BUT they hands down have the best grilled cheeses in Orlando. This has easily become one of my favorite places to enjoy lunch, especially for their grilled cheese happy hours. Every week they have a sandwich with a pairing option that they don’t have on their standard menu, and it never disappoints. Also, if you’re ever looking to expand your palate and learn more about cheese and wine, Tonda and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, and they have an excellent cheese and wine class, if you keep an eye on their instagram you can see when tickets are released for these events. Makes for a perfect date night or night out with the gals!

My wife and I got a medium charcuterie box to celebrate an anniversary. We didn't really have any input on what to include so just did a "chef's choice" and were very happy with the results! They put it together while we had lunch in the courtyard, minimal hassle. All the selections were great and it included a nice assortment of fruit and meat to accompany the cheese. The medium box says it's for 3-4 but the two of us finished about 95% of it while watching some movies. Would definitely go back for another!

Taste: 9/10I enjoyed how they both tasted. The Honey Crisp Apples goes very well with the "OC" sandwich. The Prosciutto & Peaches were pretty good, too. It was missing an acidic addition, but I figured this would pair very well with wine. I have to try that next time. Appearance: 10/10(refer to photos)Value: 8/10Considering that the ingredients are pretty "premium," the price isn't that bad. General Comment:It was my first time eating here. Tonda wrung me up and recommended the Prosciutto & Peaches since it wasn't on the menu. She answered all of my questions and was nice overall. I also liked their setup. They had an area for cheese, wines, crackers, etc. I recommend you try out their food. Try the Prosciutto & Peaches with some wine, and let me know how that pairs.

If you’re looking for specialty cheeses this is the place to hit up! My fav thing on their menu is the Mac n cheese which is made to order. Being in a wheelchair is easy when ordering here as they always ask me where I plan to eat and bring me my food!

The bacon jam sandwich is now my favorite sandwich in town! It's filled with egg, gooey 3 cheese, bacon jam, and arugula on toasted garlic butter. The combo of savory, cheesy, salty, buttery, and slightly sweet is just divine. Their bacon jam spread is the best I've ever had!

We attended one of the special events last night called La Dolce Vida and I cannot express how fantastic of an evening this was. Tonda and team created some of the most delicious dishes paired with excellent wines. Her vendors explained everything to us in a very fun and relaxed environment with heavy pours of wine. We cannot wait for the next event as I am sure it will be another hit.

Not only are the selections impressive, but the folks behind the counter know their cheese! From mindful suggestions to wariness of penicillin allergies, the staff are friendly, engaging, and amazing conversationalists. Each selection is wrapped with care to transport home, and they have some cheese boxes to go along with a nice variety of crackers. There is this one soft cheese blend that I love to get there marinated in oil - definitely recommend.

Great food! Fantastic selection for cheese boards (picnic at Leu Gardens) and OMG their sandwiches! Super cute shop upstairs at the top of the stairs in East End market w/cute wares from local artists etc. The gentleman that was working the day I stopped in was very personable and helpful. Absolutely recommend!!

What a gem of a place! I was lucky enough today to be served by the knowledgeable and friendly owner, Tonda! We discussed our love of Rogue Creamery cheeses and I happily purchased a slice to take home. I can't wait to go back and sample more of their wonderful selection. Don't be intimated; ask questions! Highly recommended!
