Worst McDonald ever, clearly states dining open till 12am and it’s 10:40pm and they won’t let me in to pick up my order, having to go through drive-thur for over 45 minutes for an order I chose to pick up inside, unacceptable please I hope someone reaches out to me. I took a picture of the rudest worker ever who hit with the door on the way out. Shame I wonder if this was Ray Kroc vision? I 100% know it wasn’t. Either I get contacted or I will be pursuing legal action.

Overall, manager on duty today around 2:30 pm earned the 5 stars. Drive thru, sent to second window to wait for food but after 10 mins and multiple cars behind us left, we let them know we were still waiting, 1 kid asleep after Seaworld so I couldn’t go inside. The Manger on duty went into action immediately, retrieved our order, was understanding and had great customer service skills. Food was great as-well. I’m not one to write reviews or complain and this could have been one of those reviews, the intent of the review is to highlight the manager and his team for overcoming an obstacle with positivity.

Great service and very nice employees. Drive through order, the girl that took my order was very nice, she was the same at the register, also the one that handle my order was really nice. Great job for the night crew, this was on Saturday midnight (Sunday).

Their breakfast combos cost as much as a slam from the Denny's a minute down the road and their lunch combo pricing is comparable to the real restaurants in the same plaza. Just get takeout from a restaurant instead of a drive-thru pretending to be one.

I don’t recommend coming here at lunchtime. The manager has an attitude. The kiosk tells you to have a seat the food will be brought to you 15 minutes after sitting there you’ll have to go up and get your food that’s been sitting in the designated area and it is ice cold and then wants to have an attitude when you question why the kiosk asked you to have a seat instead of coming to the window to get the food

I went here for food and it was okay but they just threw my food in the bag. But I also applied to work here .. my advice if your trying to work here!! DON’T ! As a Black/ African American I feel racially profiled. They only hired people of their own and people like them. They literally was suppose to call me but didn’t and when I asked another manager he had no clue what I was talking about and I watched them hired someone on the spot. There is only one black worker there and I spoke with him about my complaint and he told me he was also looking for another job because he felt the same way. I will be going to corporate about this. This McDonald’s needs new management.
