1st of I ask if we can dinnin I was told NOI ask if we can oder and pick up they Said NO pickup only delivery!Customer Service horrible when I asked for a refund because my order was incorrect I was told they will call the cops on me like if I was committed a crime, one of the employees was recording me like if I was committed a crime for asking for a refund I ordered two spaghetti and one spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna and garlic roll they send me 12 garlic which I didn't ask.when I asked for a refund they refused to give me my refund of $54 instead I was told to come back tomorrow after 6pm to talk toThe managerwhat a horrible experience my 1st and last time to eat here I have attached some pictures

We don't live in Orlando and we're trying to find a good dinner for spaghetti. We googled locations and this place came up. We called and were told that we couldn't dine in. Then there was a 7 dollar delivery fee plus 4 dollars if payment was given by cc. The order came to a ridiculous amount but we paid. When getting ready to eat they messed up all the order. We wanted our money back but was told first that the manager wasn't there then that he wasn't authorized to give us the refund then that he was going to call the manager to come back and never did that happen. Worst customer service we have experienced ever in Orlando. Will never order anything from here again.

Chicken wings were probably the best thing. 52$ for a pizza that tasted frozen ? I’m pissed. I wanna talk to the owner. Coming out of town expecting some good pizza and man, I’m so disappointed. The apple juice might as well had given me a box juice. This place just robbing people of their money in return for Very LOW QUALITY Food. Thank god my son is only 4 and just like pizza for it being pizza, but boy I’m highly upset with how trash this place is. I can’t even fathom this ?? plus you guys don’t even listen I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni but was delivered a full blown pepperoni pizza, honey garlic wings were sauceless but probably the best thing we ordered. And your driver asking for tips before he knows if he’s getting one or not this place is just not it. Very low class

She asked us at the counter "would you like ranch or blue cheese?"We get the wings and she says "ranch is extra" with no sauce in our bag..[[ I like how the owner replied about the menu? Lol now let me just add bad customer service to that review. Good job! ]]update: This place is a rip off and provides poor customer service.If I come in ordering wings and you ask me "Do you want ranch or blue cheese?" Like most general pizza places do when you order wings. I would like my dip with my wings.But to wait til after I swipe my card to then hand me a box with wings and NO DIP. Then tell me it's extra? Why not tell me when I was placing the order?Then the owner tells me to read the menu? Your employee ASKED if I wanted ranch or blue cheese... I replied 'Ranch' by the way, she could've added it in and I would've gladly paid. but the extra crap made for a bad experience.Never coming here again!
