Excellent service from Jordan and delicious food! The ribeye and salmon were great! We'll definitely be back!

I've always loved this location and wanted to try out the new concept here. We went to brunch and were as a group very pleased with what we hope to be a long standing institution at lake Eola. The steak and eggs were items of acclaim, and all the other dishes equally as delightful. Check this place out!

We've been looking for a local Eola restaurant with an fun patio, good views, and easy vibe! Loved the kale and chicken salad and Mongolian beef!!! So tasty! Definitely will not disappoint! Can't wait to come back :)

This place is amazing. My server Alyssa was the best. Her recommendation of the French dip, mind you I was already eyeing, was the best. She was very friendly and stayed to talk. She made me feel so welcome. I didn't stay for dessert but I did grab a key lime pie to go based on her recommendation again! I will be returning for a date night with my boyfriend and requesting her as our server! Also the view is amazing of the lake even on a cloudy day!

Stopped in twice for lunch so far. Filet salad and Tuna salad were both excellent, as were the views.

Great Americana food options with a noticeable influence from the owners other restaurants. Couple that with sunset views of downtown Orlando and you get a great spot for those perfect Florida weather days.

Great place to get some Quality food and service with one of the best views of any restaurant in downtown Orlando. Definitely go and check out this restaurant! If you want a great place for lunch or dinner this is where you want to be.

Came for lunch and excited that this place is open again under new ownership. The decor is great there's a s swing with a grass wall for selfies which all woman love . I had an ice tea and my server was extremely sweet and attentive. I also had the oriental salad but swapped out the beef for chicken. I just say the flavors were amazing. Chicken with peanut dressing mangos avocados and on a bed of ramen. Simply amazing food. Different and delicious. Will definitely be back.

We visited during their soft opening with an open mind. Though our server was new he was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the manager when there was a discrepancy with our bill. She not only exhibited poor customer service skills but poor leadership to her staff. Very unfortunate since they have great potential with a wonderful ambiance and menu.
This restaurant is incredible! The food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell it's made with a lot of heart. It's also fairly priced as everything is made from scratch, even the ketchup! There are also delicious vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is very professional and hospitable. All of the servers are so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Honestly one of the best places to eat in Orlando. I highly recommend!

A group of us went to Osphere for happy hour drinks and food. We were excited to try out a spot owned by Oudom which we all really enjoy. Our reservation was for an outdoor table, which they told us when we arrived they couldn't accommodate because of staffing, which during a soft opening we understood. No biggie. We all order drinks off the happy hour menu, as well as food, and when our checks came back, some of the drinks did not reflect the happy hour prices we were told. When we brought this up to the server, the manager comes over and proceeds to tell us it must have been our fault, that we must have ordered outside of the happy hour time. We all assured her we were very mindful of the happy hour times and we all ordered well within the time frame. The manager, Denise, rolls her eyes and takes our checks to "fix" them. She comes back, again with drink prices unadjusted, then proceeds to tell us that certain drinks our (very sweet) server, Victor, told us were on happy hour, were, in fact, not. Denise then marches herself and our server over to our table to basically shame Victor for telling us the "wrong" prices. At this point, it was very uncomfortable for us and our poor server and we made it very clear that we will not be returning for another visit. Although the service from the manager was terrible, the servers were attentive and the food was very good, but not good enough to make up for the treatment we received.

When we saw a new spot opened on Lake Eola, we were excited to try it out. The food and drinks were good and our server Victor was super attentive and great. Overall a great experience until there was confusion when the bill came and our drinks were not reflecting the happy hour pricing. When we asked for them to be adjusted to reflect the happy hour price the manager, Denise, came over to out table and ruined our dining experience. She was extremely unprofessional, rolling her eyes at us while we explained that the pricing did not reflect the happy hour. She continued to tell our table that we must have been mistaken even though we purposefully made our reservation for happy hour and ordered at 6pm (an hour before the happy hour ended). Once the checks came back incorrect the second time, she then brought the server over to have him "explain the miscommunication." It was an extremely uncomfortable situation for us and the sever that she was basically shaming him in front of a table of people. As a local resident and someone that works downtown, I am very disappointed with management. I will not be bringing clients here or recommending this to coworkers or neighbors because of the inappropriate behavior of the manager, Denise.

We've been to Osphere twice and likely won't return. We wanted this place to succeed because it is so conveniently located, just like we wished for Tre Bambine to succeed. Service is hit or miss - the first time we came here right after opening our server was very attentive and friendly, the second time we came we sat at the bar and service was below average(bartender was slow, not attentive & seemed to not like their job). Furthermore, the menu is not vegetarian friendly at all - the only vegetarian option they offer is the veggie burger, none of their appetizers are vegetarian. The first time we came they offered a few veggie apps but they are now removed from the menu. Sides are over priced - $6 for a (small) side of fries....

Tonight a group of 7 of us came to Osphere for dinner. Our waiter Victor was great. He was very kind, attentive and provided great service. Overall, we were pretty happy with the food as well. It wasnt until we noticed that the bill (where happy hour pricing had not appropriately been honored) that we asked for additional assistance. It was at this request that Denise, the on-site manager, came over to our table. When we explained the bill mishap, she instantly insisted that we must have ordered after happy hour. As we had purposely come in an hour before to have these HH drinks, we assured her this was not the case. We were extremely mindful of our ordering! Denise continued to suggest otherwise and told us to "be more mindful next time" and unkindly took our bills away for an adjustment. We were all absolutely appalled and shocked at how she handled the situation. Upon returning with the checks, she had only adjusted half of the bills, claiming only wine/ martinis were on happy hour. We reiterated the communication stated on cocktails as well. It was at this time that she decided to bring our poor waiter over to "explain any of his miscommunication." The way she dragged him over and spoke to him in front of us was extremely unprofessional. We immediately stopped her and shared just how wrong her approach was, how embarrassed he must have felt! After awkwardly sharing our dismay at her actions, she was unwilling to adjust the incorrect charges. We felt so disrespected and in awe at the terrible management, especially since this was within the first few weeks of opening. As a group, we have decided that we are unable to return due to the poor quality and communication from management. Additionally, we plan to share this occurrence with Yelp and our friends so others avoid the same frustrations!
