I would like to know who’s idea it is to make delivery persons to stand in line to pickup deliveries. Who came up with this should be demoted and re-trained. I will not give Panera business if they want to make me wait in line to pickup deliveries.

Do not use the rapid-pick up option at this location. I ordered three separate times using that pick-up option and each time I got a notification that the food was ready, went to pick it up and food was not in the shelf. This forced me to have to wait in line and remind the staff about my order. Defeats the whole purpose of rapid pick-up. Also, the online system doesn't seem to be accurate with what items they have in stock at the store. Last time I went they ended up telling me to cancel my entire order and re-order at the store with what items they currently have which was frustrating and had to end up going somewhere else for breakfast.

Always a prompt service, professional staff and accurate orders, whether I come for breakfast or lunch. A good value. Delicious pastries, bagels, sandwiches, meals. The only con is they don’t have kiosks for placing an order, so I either place it through my phone or with the clerk.

Looking for something that didn’t have a national chain feel and ended up at Pandera. The smoothies were good! Nice to sit on the patio in the sun and hear the kids scream on the Sea World rollercoaster.
Great place for breakfast and coffee. Just be aware that breakfast is done by 10:30am.

I went through the drive thru recently with my family. I was having a pretty bad day due to some things in my personal life and had to pick up food quick. mckenzie was assisting at the drive thru. She is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I had my kids with me, and they were being an absolute terror. I couldn’t think straight. She was so sweet, patient, and recommended some great items. Her nails were also gorgeous. Her kindness made my day. It isn’t often that you go to a fast food place with good customer service. I used to dread coming to this Panera due to the crabby and honestly lazy workers but now I will be coming back and giving it another shot. She really left that much of an impression on me and my kids. Thank you McKenzie. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.I made sure to get her name to leave a review of my experience but I hope I spelled it correctly. She’s the short one with nice nails.The food was better than I remember and the drive thru seemed cleaner.
