This place is really nice, the steak and mashed potato entre was really good. However, the smell of the restaurant was a bit fishy but this is to be expected for a sea food restaurant but still a good spot to have a nice dinner. I would recommend .

We have a family of 5 and as we walked in we were told that it would be a few minutes while they set up our table. We waited and waited... the hostess said it would be another 5 minutes. This place was not very busy for a Friday at 4:30-5:00. When we were finally allowed in, we walked by several empty tables that were able to seat 5... strange. There were no table settings, no menus, so I don't really know why we had to wait until two larger families who arrived after us were seated before us. Hostess was not welcoming; she told us the waitress would be over... we waited and watched them wait on everyone except us. We just felt unwelcomed...very unwelcomed. Strangest experience in a restaurant...ever! We got up and left before ordering. Very bad vibes. Too bad for them as we walked up to a steakhouse and had a wonderful experience and happily paid almost $180 for a delicious meal! Red Lobster's loss! For being in a tourist city you'd think they'd want the positive reputation and income!

Great experience! The food was excellent. The food was cooked to perfection at the right consistency. The service was very attentive and made us feel very welcomed.

Restaurant has a very foul smell as you walk in and walls really could use a good scrub down. Forks had food stuck between the prongs, yes plural, forks. Three out of four settings were filthy. I enjoy Red Lobster but this location really needs some attention, ASAP!

First I must say, for a red lobster, the food wasn't bad. However, this decor hasn't been changed in 30 years. Dark, dismal and dirty. They offer a free something if u join their program. But, there is no wifi to bring up the app. That was bad planning! The dust on the back and the base of the booths was obvious. The carpet looked like it hadn't been changed or cleaned. Red lobster, u need an overhaul

If you like to be overfed high calorie food this is your place! My shrimp linguini was drowning in butter - yuck that is not what Alfredo is made out of. My better half had lobster tacos which were, well, unique. Even my Mac and cheese addicted 8-year old panned the Kraft Dinner.

Our first dinner Out of the Parks! This place finally deserve a good rating or we are just lucky to have Renee as our waitress for the night. Didn't really hit 5 stars due to the wait the front desk forgot our queue, it was super busy I guess. Food took a lot longer to arrive as well but Renee did check up on us regularly for our drinks. Also they didn't have enough regular size pound lobsters. That was a downfall but good experience with the server Food did take a while as the place was very swamp with people and line up out side was crazy!!! End of our dinner there was only 2 live lobster left in the tank... there were many dozens when we arrived lol Guess it was really really delicious!!!

Red lobster is a guilty pleasure for a quick night out. Not the healthiest food, but I never eat too healthy, nothing like a lobster pizza and a nice seafood baked. The service was fast and this location is not too busy. Feel sorry for the waitress because she go burn while working another table with the soup. Hint the foods are hot.

Like this chain restaurant, no matter which one you go always have the same. Service is great and food delicious. Love the shrimp fettuccine alfredo and my always house wine.

THE BEST FOOD IN MY LIFE. Great service amazing experience !!! The server shantel at the orlando location was very attentive and nice
Gluten warning! The cheesecake has been gluten free in the past and is still listed as so on the Red Lobster website allergy sheet. It is clearly not- now has a cookie crust and whipped topping with crumbled cookies. The old version was delicious. Disappointing to waste time and money on a takeout order due to incorrect information. Waited on the phone for several minutes to discuss with management.

Ugh. They gave me a 2 page questioner on the special I ordered when they served it to me. If they question if it's any good then why serve it. By they way, it sucked.

Restaurant is filthy and dirty. Glass of soda broke on my daughter while waitress was setting down glass. Popcorn shrimp tasted like bleach. Another dish had hair in it. Only time manager came to table was to tell us chefs in the kitchen were blond or bald so it wasn't them. Management is horrible and is obviously running this place into the ground. Please Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Nice and fresh lobster! You should try the daily fresh menu. Service and staffs are definitely five star.

I had a gift card for Red Lobster so we dropped in after Sunday night movie at Cinemark. I was not expecting such delicious seafood! My husband had mussels and the Chilled Lobster & Shrimp roll and I had shrimp trio choosing teriyaki skewer, shrimp scampi and upgraded to grilled petite rock lobster tails with a side salad and mashed potatoes. 1.Server was LOVELY JesMarie who made great suggestions and was very attentive and personable without hovering. We adored her! 2. Mussels were generous portion with scrumptious white wine garlic sauce and lots of bread for dipping. I put the sauce over my potatoes! 3. Shrimp Scampi and Teriyaki Shrimp skewers were so tasty, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The Lobster tails were tender, sweet and smoky. I squeezed some lemon on them and they melted in my mouth. 4. The salad was good with the Champagne vinaigrette and the Sauvignon Blanc paired exquisitely with all the seafood. Good job Red Lobster! Food was great quality, flavor and value and JesMarie was the stellar!
