I was staying at the Rosen Centre and we wanted to grab a quick bite and drink at the hotel bar. The highlight of the dinner was our waiter, Hagen. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He made great suggestions for food and drinks. My friend and I each had Harry's dinner salads, my friend had the Jerk Chicken on it, which he really liked. I had my without any meat, as I had eaten already. They had a nice selection of bourbons. We had the Amadour Double Oaked and then the Horse Soldier.

Great staff! Even when the restaurant is packed, the servers work super hard to take care of everyone. Our server, Hagen, was very dedicated and attentive. He also ensured that my food allergies were accommodated for and that I had a safe experience. Thank you Hagen!

Located inside the Rosen Center this was a pleasant surprise! Located off the lobby in a 'pit' like, step down this seems to be a bar with drinks and appetizer style foods. We found the service to be friendly, efficient and professional. We chose a 'sampler' from the bar menu much to our delight! It was served as a large, fresh, authentic bagel with lox, accompanied by several sampler sized DELICIOUS Jewish favorites: corned beef, pastrami, etc. It was fresh, perfectly prepared and just right to share. Also VERY reasonably priced! We did not need dinner as this was filling.

Watch out for the old bartender, got in at 10p.m. Sitting at the bar, asked for a Pepsi light, my fiancee asks for the Same and he cards her, when she was asking for a pespi light, he made her go up to the room to get her I.d. When I let him know we were guests, then asks me for a card since I wasn't charging it to the room. Asked him what did he charged to the room and pulled the tab quite slowly and explained to me in a slow way....... For a "fancy" bar it leaves a lot in mind.......

Sunday night early dinner to have a simple meal and watch a little football. There were exactly 12 people in the place at a few tables and 3 at the bar. Dead comes to mind. That said, I grabbed a menu, seated myself and sat at a table with menu in hand for easily 20 minutes until the waitress (sorry Kara) very politely and friendly introduced herself. I ordered my meal, a beer, and a water all at the same time (I had been given plenty of time to look at the menu). Beverages first? No, waited ablout 15 min for the beer, water and meal to come out at the same time. I will say the 3-meat Tripleta sandwich (pork, ham, beef) was quite tasty although a bit "light" on the meat ($17). The sweet potato fries were plentiful but not crisp and were warm at best. The Guinness was ice cold-- and that is not good. A stout should never be served ice cold, cool at best so as not to hide the taste. A different waiter came by and asked if I needed anything else, when I said no, he took away the remaining half of my fries and my water. Uh, wait a minute, I don't want anything else but don't take everything away?? A tough finale as well as I waited at least 20 minutes to get my bill to the point that I had to go to the bar to find my waitress. A Sunday night should have been a perfect opportunity for great food and service and both were lacking tonight.

Our server who I believe was named Sarah, formerly from Boca Raton, was exceptional. She was really friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. The Harry's Burger and sweet potato fries were delicious and worthy of another visit.

Now I really enjoyed my time at Sam & Bubbe's and sitting at the bar enjoying great cocktails and service. Don't miss this place!

Okay, so we’ve all had really miserable service experiences in lobby bars, where you have to go chase down a waitress who has way too many tables to adequately service. This was the polar opposite and was a really good experience. My wife and I were at the hotel for a 3 day conference (DaniJohnson.com) and ended up eating at 9:30 on a Thursday night. There were two waitresses who provided fantastic service. We ordered food from Banshoo (sushi - see separate review) which turned out to have keto friendly options. Don’t hesitate to eat here as you can order from any of the lobby restaurants and have a great experience. In fact, we really appreciated the service throughout the Rosen Centre which is one of the best conference venues I’ve experienced.

The drinks here were good. The menu was large and diverse. The service was good. I'm giving it an average vs a very good because the food didn't seem consistent - meaning I ordered the same thing two nights in a row and it was different. I asked for a change and my food didn't reflect it.

The Chorizo Pizza and Pico DeGalla appetizer was amazing!! Good atmosphere near the hotel lobby. Offers very good bar drinks and TV’s for your sports fix.

It started out well but ended up having to supervise bartender to ensure he was adding alcohol to beverages. Finally the last drink tasted like grain alcohol and never could find our waitress without standing and looking, and wave at her to get her out of her work area.

This place was great! No need to walk International Drive, this place is in the lobby of the Rosen Center and is great for business meetings, a quick drink, or a night cap. Drinks are priced according to the area and are reasonable regardless. The bartenders are friendly and fast. The lounge furniture is modern and comfortable. Don’t skip this one, you WILL miss out.

Being in the hub of the hotel main floor you can get a drink and food from not only there but the very close other restaurant choices. Lots of TV's to watch.
