Warning if you use the Subway app. I have been hacked multiple times and had fraudulent orders placed on my credit card. If this happens to you and you contact Subway they don't take any blame and put it all on you. Terribly ran company.

The guy serving today 10/5/23 at 2:18pm has no customer service skills. He’s popping his gum all over the food and throws the stuff on the sandwiches like he hates what he does. He handed the wrapped items separately and didn’t even placed them in a bag, then when asked for one he just shoved it in the bag like he was being inconvenienced. Very rude.I like when the lady with the New York accent is there. Her customer service is A1 and is very funny.… I won’t be coming back as long as that guy is there. Very unpleasant!

Today, Sept. 16 2023. 3 people in line. I waited over 25 minutes and never got served. I left and bought something at the store. I eat here most every day, but since Jesse left each day, the service goes down. I have tried to be fair to the new people, and the new manager is really trying and seems to be good, but how hard is it to cut a tomato in half. The guys working today were so bad I thought I would scream. The one making sandwiches is so slow today, and every day, it's a nightmare. He looks around like he's lost. Confused or whatever. It takes him so long to make a sandwich you could leave go to Wendy's have a whole meal and take a drive before he would be finished. The other guy, the shorter one, with glasses, always looks like he hates his job. Yesterday he served me a sandwich where the bread was so tough I could not eat it. 9.00 for a sandwich I could not eat. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this needs to be said. We all talk about it among ourselves at the big store it's attached to, but today, This new staff working today and everyday they work are slow, a snails pace, they are disinterested, look lost and have no customer skills, the tables are dirty, the food doesn't even taste good anymore, because you have to wait so long to get it. What happened to the old subway?? and why is the wheat bread so hard you could throw it at a wall????

Just one person working at the store, isn’t far leave just a single employee attempting guests, serving food, receiving money etc. Also this guy it’s extremely SLOW, I can imagine that he’s very tired. My order was delayed over 30 min

You need to have people who are fast. I came here on August 1st and the guy that was working took forever to make any sandwich. He was not in a hurry or he just didn't want to be there. I waited for a half hour in line and the other people in front of me were not getting a bunch of subs. He also was running out of bread .. either you have a second person working or just close down.

Haven't had subway in years and my wife and I were talking about subway club. So we decided to get one through Uber eats today. Very disappointed. Bread was hard and cookies were old. Guess we'll stick with Jersey Mike's

Aweful. I would use othe words but Yelp won't let me publish it. As I was about lo leave Walmart, suddenly I decided it might be a good idea to get a sub. As soon as I enter the store, the woman that works there literally yelled at me saying I couldn't bring the cart inside. She was extremely lound and rude. Then I stand in line to make the order and she started to talk to another coworker, blatantly ignoring me. I was their only customer and she didn't even bother to say she'll be right up or anything. After waiting for 4 minutes that seemed like an eternity I finally left. Her face looked unpleasent and angry. She didn't look welcoming at all if anything . she looked intimidating. No wonder, no one was at the store buying squat!.

My experience was horrible, they do not greet with kindness, the place lacks cleanliness, poor service, they take a long time to serve, the times I have visited the store I have to wait more than 20minutes for the employee to attend, they are always behind conversing with others. That's why almost no one frequents this store, they are also not polite and not at all professional. I would give them 0.The employee is rude, disrespectful to customers, take action on the matter, they cannot have staff with negative attitudes and disrespect.

I went to this store to order food, the store was empty, the lady was extremely rude, she was upset already with a face that she doesn’t want to serve anyone, because it was no one on line I went directly to the cashier because what I want it was ice and pretzels (both on the cashier) lady came upset and says that we have to make A LINE… A LINE on the empty store…. and start screaming at us, we left the store without take anything… horrible service , never again 12:40pm sat 3 sept 2022 I will contact HR and all that I can But this lady cannot-be part of subway and I will make sure that happens, next time she will treat her mother like that.
