Walked in just to get told they were closed for an hour? Not the employees fault, but like... lock your door if you're closed? I would have driven to another location if I had a heads up...

One employee working at 8 pm with 6+ people in line. We have been waiting for over 15 minutes. She wont pull her mask up all the way and she's making my food. Poorly done Subway.

I'm leaving this review because the lady that serve me had a very bad attitude with me and every other customer in the store and when I asked if that was my order she is working on for an online order she gave me a very bad luck and she grunted at me. This is not the way should treat customers I knew she was not making my sandwich away I wanted with extra mayo or extra onion but there's not much you can say I can say the three sandwiches that I got were the worst sandwiches I've ever had from subway I'm not happy because I actually have a business in the same plaza and I frequent this subway very often. Very clean store. While there was a line, the sandwich artist was extremely efficient. My sandwich was on point. Fresh. I think I got every veggie and see try the limited time S'mores cookie.

Most of the time I have a pleasant experience here but when I walked in today 6:00pm on June 2nd there was this young lady behind the counter that was just flat out rude as soon as I walked through the door. As an assistant general manager of a restaurant as well as someone who has been in the service industry for years her attitude was appauling. I will not be returning.

There is one guy that usually works in the evening and he is the best, giving out advice on making sandwiches, trying out new versions of subs. Great experience whenver I come in and he is there. Will come back to this one for sure. There is a closer Subway to my home, but like this one better.

I know times are very hard during this pandemic but customer service goes a long way. Visited this location today and the door clearly stated take out or delivery pick up. When I got inside the attendant seemed as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Told me that I couldn’t order and that she would only make sandwiches for uber eats or post mates because they were running low on food which made no sense. I left and went to the subway in Kissimmee off of John young parkway and had a much more pleasant experience. I will never step foot in this subway again.
I did not get my drinks my chips and I as well called and was talk to rudely to when I asked for extra vinegar.. they didn't even give a cup of vinegar. As you can tell there's not even 2 tps of vinegar and I called and went out my way and was talkin to dirty and didn't get anything that I paid for

The person at the counter today was rude and not polite at all. They opened up 10 minutes late and she knew I was waiting at the door. Thia subway is the worst and I know I will never be back. The sub was not made the subway way and was rubbish like my sandwich maker!!!!!
