Hello, I visited one of your establishments today and mind you this was not my first time visiting this particular subway, I've been there two other visits in the past month, and I always get the same thing the same way. I had a horrible experience at this location I encountered the most incompetent person fixing my sandwich that I have ever spoke to in my life and ironically he had no name tag just the fresh sign to the top left of his hat!. Thankfully to the coworker Chez showed us great customer service and was sadly shadowed by Mr. fresh!

I had THE WORST experience at this subway yesterday. The employee who help me stated he was the manager but he refused to make my sandwiches the way I wanted it made. He refused to work with me and even though I already ordered online and came to pick it up he told me to just cancel the order and leave.
