Went through the drive thru, there was nobody behind us but the guy taking our order seemed really rushed even though i told him we were still decided. We took 3min to just order. When i said my order he didnt reply right away. When i pulled up to pay he did not say a word and someone else gave us our order and the taco was all ripped and the crunchwrap was not up to taco bell standards as it normally is in other locations. Completely disappointed in their guest service and quality. Wont be visiting any time soon.

Ordered 2 Doritos tacos supreme and got 2 regular tacos with barely any meat at all and just lettuce not even any cheese.. double checked. Was rang up right and I was charged for it. Really

The absolutely worste service. The young man that took my order had horrible attitude and manner about himself. He had complete distain for the fact he had to actually take an order from a customer. When I received the food it was out of its wrapper and all over the bag & incomplete. I spoke to the manager & he actually walk back to the window & "what? What's the deal." The manager assisted to fix the problem as he stood behind her laughing. I will never spend my money and be a patron at this taco bell again! Absolutely terrible.The owner should be ashamed of this behavior.

Don't go here after 10pm the staff has no idea how to engage with customers half of the menu isn't available they don't have lights on so they look closed they aren't helpful and the food is cold the one up the road by the Sam's club is the complete opposite of this ☝️and they are much more enlightening and have a full menu available

Absolutely horrible service. The staff never gets to order right they’ve charged me and missed an entire order. I’m not sure how they can’t add tacos to figure out how many are supposed to be in the order and they’re not in the bag horrible store not to mention, the employee is out front smoke weed at 8 o’clock in the morning.

Went there for breakfast and I was the only one there and I got a grande breakfast burrito, Crunchwrap and a hashbrown.... Hashbrown was completely fried like hard as a rock, then ordered my burrito with no tomato and got an insane amount out tomatoes and when I went to leave a review they didn't even give me my receipt so I can't do the survey. Then tried calling and no one picked up the 3 times I called. Kind BS if you ask me...

This was the WORST nachos I have ever had in my life and worst I have ever had from Taco Bell. I will NEVER eat at another Taco Bell, even if I was told it would keep me alive.If you've read any of my posts before, you know I don't eat meat. That being said, I needed something right then to eat, so I ordered a nacho bell grande without meat. What you see are the worst, driest beans I have ever seen in my life. I picked them off and ate a couple of the chips. I was really upset and went back and the manager said, "You ate out of it"!Don't mention the Mexican pizza, I took a slice of that and it was worse.This location is in South Chase (Orlando), Florida. I don't recommend a meal there or stopping there, not even for your worst friend!No more taco bell meat or no meat!!!
