If I can give lower than 1 star- I would! With this Taco Bell being directly down the road from magic kingdom, one would think that service would be fast? NOPE not with this particular location- run and go to another.

Got the #6 combo with nacho fries. Worker sounded miserable and didn't ask if we wanted any hot sauce of ketchup, so we got a bag of chalupas, tacos and fries with no hot sauce or ketchup.... Taste was horrible for the fries. So soggy and gross. The fries were literally crumbling in the container because they were so soggy and they didn't come hot, luke warm at best. Whole experience was not very good. You can't eat tacos and chalupas without hot sauce!!

I've never written a review in all my life and this restaurant deserves a critical review. This is unironically the worst experience at a restaurant, period! Not only did they miss an ENTIRE box of tacos. The boxes they did bring, they couldn't even bother to count the amount of tacos correctly. Every single box had the wrong amount of tacos. They forgot ALL drinks and ALL sauces. We got completely ripped off of at least 20 dollars worth of food. Cold, soggy tacos for a meal is unappetizing. No napkins either. Everyone who's working here should just pack up and leave because no one is ever coming back here. If I could give remove stars, I would gladly do it.

Door dash completely messed up our order from here, my husband went up to get the rest of the order, manager on duty (night) did a great job making sure we were taken care of and left happy

The worst run Taco Bell I've ever been to. Every single time I try to go the line is about 30 cars long and moves incredibly slow. Don't bother ordering ahead because then you still have to wait in the incredibly long line to then pick up your cold food. They also just close at random times so you never know if they will even be open. Save yourself the pain and never go here.

Needed a quick bite to eat and ended up leaving after waiting for 30 mins or so. If you're paying cash, expect to be ignored and have other people get their food who came way after you.

This is the best fast food place I’ve been to in this area. Others had food cold or missing but this Taco Bell got the order right the first time and the food was great. Yes the drive thru line was long since it was after they had closed the dining room but it was moving at a good pace. The employees were courteous and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this Taco Bell location.

Let me start by saying we visited on a Sunday night, around 10:45 because everything around was either closed or closing soon. We waited for 50 minutes in the drive through line (because the choices were this or McDonald's for all of Orlando apparently). When we pulled up to the window we were given the wrong drinks initially. We told her we just got waters for the drinks and she gave those to us and said "that's it." (Because we sat there waiting for our food) . We told her we hadn't gotten our food yet and she laughed and then gave us our food. That was just our experience. The poor car in front of us had their food dropped on the ground from the window because the same cashier thought she passed his food off, but was distracted talking. I honestly wish I could give zero stars.

This is not fast food. This is the most slowest food restaurant ever. We waited 45 minutes for $20 order. The waitress didn't even care about the food, she just threw it to us and said nothing. I haven't been treated disrespectfully like that. Gruhhhhh
Wished they had a chaser. Order from kiosk only. Get past this the food is nice and warm. Delicious the ? taste will bring me back.

Very convenient spot to grab an inexpensive lunch just outside the Disney Parks and Resorts. No tourist price hikes. Lots of room in the dining room and very friendly service at the counter. Also easy access to the 4 freeway. Drive through is also available.

I showed up here just before closing time. Sometime between 1 and 2 am. The line for the drive-thru went all the way around the building and into the street. But it moved surprisingly fast. The car in front of me was being mean and rude to the employees. They remained completely professional. When I got my food and drove away I had made up my mind to write a review. Of course they were great and the food was awesome. But they were so busy and this guy was such a tool. I couldn't have stayed professional like that. These guys and girls are pretty awesome. Good job.

Never got to eat here since they shut down at 1124... Google and the sign on the door and the people walking in and out certainly indicated that the restaurant was open later, but even though we followed a couple in the restaurant, we were told that they were closing.So phuk them. Is there ANY place to eat in Orlando after 10pm?
