Ordering via the kiosk did not come out as I wished and ingredients that I'm allergic to were included. When the host came to the register they said that was the way it was ordered and did not cut me a break or show me their order I didn't have a receipt because I didn't want to give the kiosk my cell number or email. I felt like I might as well go to a vending machine it was so impersonal.

I ordered through that mobile app and didn't get my food. Called this place to ask where it was and some teen is cracking up laughing in th background when i say my order didn't arrive then the manager is repeatedly calling me "sweetie", "honey", and "baby" when i told them the delivery never made it to me, insisting I'm wrong. I don't have the food.. How can i have proof that there isn't food when there ISN'T food? My deliverer affiliated with taco bell stopped somewhere else and didn't bring me the food then marked it as delivered. They refused to refund calling me "honey" and hung up.

I never find anything wrong with my order at this TacoBell.5 stars for food.The service is another great trait with this TacoBell. The wait times are very low; always below 5 minutes, and the managers are very courteous to their staff & customers. Went through drive thru for breakfast. Lady had good tone of voice, the food was hot and well made, the ice coffee was good, fast service, nothing missing.

My rating is based on trying the new grilled cheese nachos fires. I paid almost 6 bucks and I can count on my many fires I had on my hand the proportion of food was very small.

my worst experience ever, i pull up to the drive-thru and the guy goes “welcome to the boys and girls club of orlando”.. then aggressively screams my order back at me and repeats it an unnecessary amount of times. then when i go to get my food they try to not give me half my order and after i point it out the guy slams the window shut as i try to ask for sauce. i wish i could day this wasn’t true cause i am just as shocked. i’d rather go to another location than nearly get verbally assaulted.
