Its basically self service all around. Surprisingly they still make the food themselves. The floors are very sticky.The staff was friendly what little interaction you have with them but they don't care enough to ensure the cleanliness of the building.Kid-friendliness: Nope. Nothing kid friendly.

They were not good with communication and made us come inside even after we waited in line and were not helpful, even when they didn't have anyone in line behind us they were very rude. They claimed they didn't have my order even though i showed them my mobile order on my phone and refused to give me my food.

Very less crowded and clean. Food is as usual great in Taco bell. The only issue I have is that they have decreased number of cashiers and you mostly have to order from mobile screen. Sometimes you have a question on something and then you have to wait a lot to actually talk to real person.
