Wait in line for 15 minutes just for them to take your order at the window. They clearly need to pay their employees a better wage because they have a help wanted sign out. Very clear that they can’t hire employees. This location should be closed down.

I came here to order 2 shakes. The walk up was empty when I walked up, I stood at the window for a couple minutes and no one came up. I went to the other window and waited again a couple minutes, multiple people walking around inside. I then walked back to the other window and waited. As I waited, another man and a family walked up to the other window which promptly opened and they took their order. I then stood there and waited for both groups to order and receive their drinks. When it was finally my turn I asked for a small shake, and then the same shake in medium. I handed my card and they said it would be 5$, closed the window, I thought it was strange both drinks costed 5$. They then reopened the window, handed my card back and me to sign and immediately reclosed the window before I could ask if that was for both drinks. I then waited at the pickup counter where they opened the window, handed me one drink and immediately closed the window before I could even say a word. I’ve never had such a bad experience here before and hope it was a one off time. But the hurriedness of the staff left me feeling ignored and slighted. There was no sense of service or care in my experience tonight.
