Will try the Pretzel Dog next time. Was hankering for Disney's Jalapeño Cheese Pretzel. They're not easy to find unless you're in the right park. Wetzel's version is more Jalapeño-y and less cheesy. Not to my taste but nice quality. Cini-bits were a nice palate cleanser.

A food cart here at Disney Springs near the movies. Nice spot to grab some delicious pretzel dogs and chill. We had Dog bites with pizza and cheesy jalapeño sauces. Delicious

I had to bring my youngest down for an interview at the theater so I walked around a bit. Since I was hungry I figured I'd get something simple. I stopped in and asked for a cheese dog and a bottle of water. Person who took my order took my payment and gave me the bottle of water. When my order was up they handed me a bag and went to hand me a bottle of water. I held up when I had and said I already got the water. They thank me for being honest about it and I wandered off to find a place to eat. I hope the bag and took out my food and soon realized they had given me a regular pretzel dog rather than the cheese one. I didn't go back to change it as there was only a slight difference cost and I hated to see this one wasted. I enjoy them so I was happy to eat it. Next time I stop through I will let them know what happened but it was an honest mistake and they were very friendly and helpful. I find that they have very tasty pretzels all around.

We waited a half hour to order a pretzel dog and bites ... then they served everyone behind us ... we asked politely 3 times for our orde... waited another 30 more minutes for food...was ignored and asked for our money back , asked the manager to explain... she mixed up our order and lost the ticket... she kept saying they serve chronologically but refused to acknowledge their mistake in losing our order completely. Extremely rude and ruined my two year olds lunch who was super hungry and just wanted a hot dog. Worst Disney experience. I have literally never posted a negative review... but this was seriously the worst. I will never come back to this shop mall.

Wetzel's beats Aunt Annie's pretzels by a mile. First, they are larger. Second, they are tastier. Yes, they cost more. But I'd rather pay a little more for a truly exceptional pretzel!

This is strictly a service review. I gave my order to someone, said I would wait for fresh bits because they were just going in the oven. Waited about 10 minutes and sent my teenaged son to check on our order. I watched him be ignored twice before going up myself. The person that rang us up apparently didn’t share that someone was waiting on their order. So, 25 minutes after I ordered, I asked for my refund. The staff member offered to give me bits at this point, but I would rather go wait at a restaurant for a full meal. We’ve had no problems here before which is the ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars.

These pretzels have very good flavor, They’re not too salty, and are nice and soft. By far the best pretzels on all of Walt Disney World.

Excellent snack to grab as you walk and shop through Disney Springs! The Wetzel's Mini Pretzels are most popular! I got half salt half cinnamon sugar! Yum! Ask to sample their lemonade, it's tangy and delicious!

Asked me if I wanted to sample the lemonade (fresh) before buying it, which is nice. One of the few (if not the only) place left around Disney to get a plastic rather than a paper straw.

This is a super budget friendly snack in Disney Springs. Weirdly, my favorite thing about this stand is the fountain drinks. They're huge and a great deal.
