I just had food from Zaxby's for the 2nd time ever. The first time was over 2 years ago and it sucked. I've never really wanted to eat their food again but everyone kept telling me how good they are so I gave them another try. It will definitely be the last. First problem, we are missing a drink. Second problem, biting down on a bone when your eating a chicken strips, is not expected or tasty. Problem 3 the strips were way over cooked and oil is OLD. Problem 4 requested extra fries instead of slaw, didn't get them and the LITTLE bit of fries we did get were cold like they had been sitting out for an hour and let's not forget the cold soggy toast that came with the food and didn't even have butter on it, so why was it soggy? Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Zach was closed for a couple months and was a long anticipated reopening. They have been open for about 2 weeks now and it was finally time to pay them a visit.I ordered a wings&things with hot honey mustard TRADITIONAL wings. I was given boneless wings and already made it home before realizing. The chicken tenders were good, but those boneless chicken things were absolutely disgusting.This zaxbys location should have stayed closed.
Recently used drive-through. The customer service was terrible. Mainly because the lady making the drinks just plops the drinks down with no indication of what was diet or regular. While on the phone, she appeared to be very annoyed that I asked what drink was what. She replied, " I have no idea," then apologized to the person on the phone.I was sent to park and wait for the order. I received my order, no ketchup, and no straws.

I call ahead of time on my way home to Vero Beach I ask. How long would it take for traditional wings 25 or 30 minutes. They don't take traditional wings online but could drop them. When I got there there I was told it will be 17 minutes wait no water no nothing onto of that I waited pass 17 minutes. What a lousy service I always patricnize this company never no more.

Nastiest Zaxby's in orlando,mushy floor ,mold everywhere,the dining room that is closed most times this place ,It's looking worse than the Burger King across the street which is now closed.

Food is good but customer service needs help. It's not terrible, it just seems the employees are not trained to treat customers like they are essential.
I hadn't been to this Zaxbys location in over a year and I will not likely be back anytime soon. Poor or no management! The dining room was filthy! No tea. No napkins. No clean tables. But.....plenty of employees standing around.

First timer at Zaxby's & I'd be open to try other things on the menu!Their boneless wings are pretty skimpy and not big enough like I'm used to. The hot honey mustard flavor was good, not much heat, but there could've been more! The fries have a good flavor with whatever seasoning is sprinkled on them (fan of non-plain fries). Food was fresh per online ordering and service was ready upon request. Their garlic toast can't beat Raising Canes for me though!Inside could use some upkeep, quite a bit of wet floor signs from apparent issues, the self serve soda was a little finicky when getting ice and some fly buddies were hanging out, otherwise seating was available & sitting down to eat wasn't an issue although I usually never eat inside with fast food

Looking for a quick hot meal last night for myself and family and boy oh boy. No freestyle drinks, no hot food and they pulled me around to wait for hot food (which I didn't get) waited over 30 minutes. Had to knock on the door ask for manager and finally got some leftover food that wasn't worth a penny. Very upset even if it's 9:59pm the hours of operation states 10:30 am - 10 pm....I should still have full service until then. Not ok! All employees and manager didn't care about good service or good food they just wanted to leave...I paid for good food and didn't get it can't recommend this place.
