Way overpriced for what it is. There are definitely better sushi places with more reasonable prices within a mile of this place

We come here regularly. Food is consistently excellent, albeit a little pricier than alternatives. But the fresh scallop sashimi is worth it!

Ive been coming to ebisu for YEARS. I loved their ramen so much and could never find more authentic and delicious ramen. I went to college and came back home on a date with my boyfriend and my experience was terrible.

First, my boyfriend and I got sat and it took 15 minutes for our waiter to even come up to us and ask us what to drink. It seemed like it was every single waiter’s first day on the job. After he took our drinks, he chatted with another table that had who im assuming were regulars, took 5 minutes at least talking to them, then went to another table to take their drink orders. Another 10 minutes goes by and i finally get my drink. We order and we wait over 40 minutes for our appetizers to come out. We ordered a roll and gyoza but we only got our gyoza because our waiter never put in the roll.

Another 30 minutes goes by and we finally get our ramen. Like i said previously, ebisu was by far the best ramen ive ever had in florida, ive tried many in south florida and orlando but nothing would ever compare. I was extremely disappointed that ebisu has started cutting corners and has changed their ramen. Im not sure what they did but the broth legitimately tasted like dishwater that had pork bones sitting in it, the two pieces of meat were the thinnest slices of pork belly, and the rest of the garnish, mushrooms etc. were flavorless and just not fresh. Our eggs were also extremely cold and our broth was basically room temperature. It was so bad that after we took one sip of the broth and a bite of the meat we sent it back and got it refunded in our order.

Im extremely disappointed in the quality and service that ebisu provides now. We will never come back. Beware to anyone who used to love this place for their ramen.

The food here is absolutely authentic, I came here after my colleague recommended it and I have been here a couple times already so far. I tried various Asian restaurant such as SushiYama and Kabuki at Downtown West Palm and Yami Restaurant at Boynton Beach, but nothing came close to the food at Ebisu. Just a short comment though on the Yakitori, the skewers itself was very nice but when it came as Yakitori Don, somehow the chicken was not as tender as it was on the skewers, otherwise all is good.

Named after Ebisu, the Japanese god of fish and fortune, this family-owned restaurant lives up to its namesake by delivering an exceptional sushi experience every time. Ebisu offers an authentic Japanese selection of sushi that is consistently fresh, with a menu that changes based on availability. This means you can often discover rare and unusual items that you won’t find at most sushi spots—a real treat for adventurous sushi lovers.

Beyond sushi, Ebisu boasts a full Japanese menu featuring traditional dishes, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re sitting at the lively sushi bar, a regular table, or opting for the cozy Japanese-style seating. The staff is always warm and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, genuine atmosphere that comes with a family-run establishment.

Do not leave without trying the chestnut cake dessert imported directly from Japan—it’s the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. Ebisu is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Japanese cuisine with a personal, family touch and a hint of culinary surprise.

Want real traditional Japanese cuisine? This is the place to go! My husband and I visited Japan last year and we were craving the flavors we had when we visited. This restaurant brings us back. The food is super fresh, hot, and flavorful. You will not find another restaurant like this in the area! The staff is super friendly and we always enjoy eating here. Highly recommend!

Service was beyond rude, awful and humiliating. The place is dirty , completely unhygienic. The food is good but the wait to be served and the inflexibility and unprofessional attitude of the waiter isn’t worth it. This has never happened to us before, but we paid the bill, walked out angry and vowed to never come again

Delicious authentic Japanese sushi, my favorite in the greater Palm Beaches. Properly seasoned rice, yummy fish and kitchen food is good as well.
