Service was terrible. Took 45 minutes to get burnt garlic knots. Everything else was terrible. Even the pizza was gross. Not returning. Calamari was rubber.

I called to order pickup. The person on the phone was not friendly. We asked to order a dish an instead of pasta requested veggies. Received a rude no. If you just reopen you should be going out of your way to get your customers back. Decided to go somewhere else.

We called for reservations at 6:30 for 8 the owner looked annoyed when we got there. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks then we waited another 1/2 for bread We sat for over 2 hours and no meals came out. I looked in the kitchen and nothing was being cooked and no one was in the kitchen We walked out I'll never go back they should just close the doors

We eat here once a week during normal times and have continued to do so during the lockdown. The menu is excellent and everything we ever tried has been perfect. The wine list is very limited so we bring our own and pay the corkage fee. I read some of the reviews with service problems. They must have had some sort of staffing problem on the days mentioned. I have been coming here for over 10 years and never had a problem.

Absolutely awesome! With all of us quarantined...it was so nice to have a "dinner out". Thank you for that! Lasagna was very large portion and amazing! Every entree the family ordered was devoured. I'm certain this would have been a wonderful experience if we were able to eat in instead of carryout. I will definitely eat here again and again

This place needs Gordon Ramsey to come in and do a make over. We started coming here over 14 years, but haven't been back for close to 3 years. The quality of the food has taken a dive and there seems to be no attention being put on the front of the house. When we were sat we opened our menus to going them greasy, torn and one had bread crumbs in it. As we looked around the dining room we notice several dirty tables and no one cleaning them, they sat that way for most of our dinner. We looked at the selection of wines they offer and did not recognize one. Most of the varietals were from the same winemaker and subpar for house wine. We all ordered soup which was excellent, but just a little too salty for my palette. My one friend ordered the stuffed veal chop, which turned out to be a veal loin (no bone) butterflied with prosciutto, spinach and mushrooms on top. The demi glace was delicious but the veal itself was overly cooked well done and chewy. My other friend have the chicken franchese, which was very good. I chose the veal parmesan, which was very disappointing. The veal portion was big, but the veal cutlet was pound out so thin that the bread crumb crust was thicker than the veal. The spaghetti side takes as if it was previously cooked and just warmed up a little. There are too many good restaurant to gamble on a bad meal. We won't be coming back here unless it's for pizza take out.

The food was great service was great and live singer on weekends Small cute place was highly recommended to us and they were right
Absolute worst sevice possible (by the owner of the restaurant)... After waiting 20 minutes with a reservation, we waited another 15 minutes after being seated before having to ask if we had a waitress. No one came to the table, no menus, no napkins, etc... finally got menus and ordered. Tables seated after us ate, paid and left before our entrees came out. No one checked on us, asked if we needed anything. We had to even go up to the counter to ask for to-go boxes. Horrible service at every stage! The unfortunate thing is that the meal was delicious but the lack of service ruined the meal and experience for our family and we will never be back nor can we recommend.

Mediocre Basic Italian Food- RUDE Owners- Family owned & operated by son (Chef) & sister Teresa (manager & server)- Have gone a couple of times & each time has been a huge let down. Very outdated restaurant badly in need of a major renovation- (looks like it hasn't been freshened up since the 1970's). Not only has service been poor & extremely slow but each time our orders were never correct! (Not sure why because the place is never busy) Wine was warm & salad was wilted & old! Last visit Teresa waited on us & she was extremely cold & barely communicated to us even when she was taking our order! She & her brother (Chef) look so miserable & are not only are they rude & dismissive to their customers but act like they are extremely inconvenienced by serving you. Deal breaker for us was when Teresa screwed up our order instead of apologizing & making the effort to correct the situation she literally blamed us for the screw up & refused to make things right or compensate us for her mistake! Worst customer service EVER & it really doesn't seem that this business is going to be around much longer.

Just made my first and last visit to this restaurant. One server for the entire restaurant. Entrees delivered were incorrect. Waited 30 minutes before we could place a drink order. Another 45 minutes before we ate. Quality of the food was average, nothing special. Hard to believe this place is still in business.

My favorite go to Italian and that's a supreme compliment because I don't go to Italian restaurants. I love to cook and I'm Italian! The family is great and make you genuinely feel like you're eating at Nona's house. Keep up the good work "la Borgata"!

We went on pasta night. The baked ziti was excellent. My friend had the beggars purse and raved about it. The portions were generous. I'd go back
