I shared my 71st birthday there on 3/18. My mom told me I was a Saint Patrick's Day Hangover baby. It's wonderful cuz ❤️ all people are already in a festive mood. Staff were perfect! I felt like QUEEN for a day. We were waited on by staff hand & foot. The food was so delish!!! 5☆ to the Chef. Restaurant was clean, glasses sparkling, table was clean. Party of 8 & the service was exquiste, our waiter was on top of everything making sure it was the most perfect evening, also we were visted by the manager who was the perfect host. She even poured our coffee, very personabĺe. Overall, we will visit this Restaurant often & recommend to all who visit us as well as our local peers & friends.5☆☆☆☆☆Parking: This Restaurant being located in a city that is known for retirement folks, & knowing alot of elders are handicapped, we had difficultly in finding a handicapped spot. There are only a few, in fact there are more take out spots reserved than handicapped. My suggestion is to make more handicapped spaces.Also, we ended up having to park in the backside of the restaurant due to parking lot was packed & as we were walking along side of the building, there was an unlevel sidewalk pavement issue. As I was walking with my walker, my front wheels got caught in the pavement uneven crack & I was about to fall forward but my husbsnd caught me. I was very scared, having avoided a terrible accident, we were relieved. As leaving the Restaurant going to our car, I chose to go onto the black top parking lot to avoid falling on the sidewalk unevenness. Please check out this issue.Also, I would suggest marking the parking spaces a few more inches wider. This will avoid opening your doors from crashing the doors into another vehicle.Thank you for this opportunity to speak my mind.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicapped spaces are just a few in the front. As I remember, there was a big flat surfacedirectly in front of the building.There should be more ramps installed at every handicapped space. Otherwise one must go out into the blacktop parking lot maneuvering around the vehicles to get to the main ramp in front of the building to get inside. Need to access this situation.Thank you.
I honestly haven’t had very good service at a restaurant in a long time. This location has plenty of servers and staff it appears. When our server Valeri, felt that we waited longer than necessary for our food (we hadn’t complained as it wasn’t an excessive wait), the mgr offered a free desert. Food quality was good. I am very impressed and thankful for good service. Thank you for good management of your restaurant.

Just left Olive Garden in Palm Coast Fl. I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars but the customer service was Terrible!!! I called my order in and paid for it over the phone. I parked in a numbered parking space for someone to bring my food out to me. The lady who came out didn’t speak when I said hello and when I said thank you she didn’t say anything. Instead she just walked away back inside of the restaurant. She was a white woman with blonde hair pulled up in a ponytail. She was wearing a black shirt with a headset on jer head. Not sure if it was a racial thing or not but I’m a black woman! Maybe she only treats black ppl that way. But I drove 45 mins to come to this restaurant and this isn’t my first time coming to this restaurant. I normally get great service but not today. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and I hope others will do the same!
