The owners need to print out updated menus because I ordered the Cuban sandwich that was $15 on the menu and got the bill which they charged me $18. The waitress said she would check with the owner and she came back and said "yup the Cuban is $18." So we are given menus with prices, but those are may not be the actually prices? So please check your bill when you receive it.

Disappointing Key Lime MartiniI recently visited Bogota Kitchen and Bar and ordered their Key Lime Martini. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The drink arrived at my table half-empty, leaving me puzzled and dissatisfied.Pros:None, unfortunately.Cons:Key Lime Martini: I paid $11 for a drink that barely filled half the glass. It felt like a rip-off.Service: When I raised my concern with both the waiter and another waitress, they seemed indifferent. No apology or attempt to rectify the situation.Unmet Expectations: As someone who has enjoyed countless Martinis, this experience was a letdown. Never before have I received a half-filled cocktail.Recommendation: I cannot recommend the Key Lime Martini at Bogota Kitchen and Bar. If you’re looking for a satisfying drink, explore other options or another restaurant.I also would like to add (this is three days later now) they did not charge me the correct amount on my card. I took pictures of my receipt before I left and it does not match what’s on my bank statement. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and their website (which is the same) No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. I now have to go through my bank to file a claim. Make sure to keep your receipts and the amount matches your statement. I truly believe they added more to the tip. This place sucks!

This place is a joke. Extremely disrespectful staff. Bartenders that don’t have an idea what they have in stock. Cocktails with a splash of alcohol - if that! We went there with a group of friends and everyone had a negative experience. Food tastes likeNothing - watered down salsa and a horrible cheese sauce with chips to begin with. I would stay away.
I soooo want to love this place-I was there Monday for BOGO Cubans, at 7:30 pm.They were sold out. At 7:30!So, I ordered the $3.50 tacos. Bartender (who was very nice, btw) said it’s only on Tuesday.I tried not to sound “too Kareny” but said, the chalkboard sign out front says “all day every day”Bartender checked with someone and Nope, not happening. I left it at that. Finished our drinks and left. Just walked by this morning, sign still up with “all day every day” taco prices! I guess I was thereon a day that did not end in “day”Been there probably 25 times. Food and service overall good, but inconsistent.Be a while before I try it again.

Went with another couple for the first time yesterday. Waited 20 minutes, finally went to the bar to find our waitress. She was apologetic. Food arrived within 15 minutes which was okay. Birthday party for kids near us. They were running around like kids do. My wife got hit with a shoe that the children were throwing. Chimichangas were the worst. The coconut rum drink was all ice. Tortilla chips were stale. Had to find a waitstaff to gives us our bills. We were charged incorrectly . Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Never again. Too bad too. We had high hopes

We were very disappointed with our food/drinks/service. We went to listen to a band- which was fantastic.But the drinks were terrible (everyone's drinks) other than average beer.The food was bland (but that may be the goals as some people do enjoy that).Our waitress was MIA most of the time and provided terrible service. She couldn't remember basic orders and served incorrect drinks multiple times.I enjoyed the band but will catch them at other venues in the future.
