This is a ridiculously BAD Boston Market, the store itself is in major disrepair. The ceiling is visibly caving in the bathroom. All the fountain drinks machines are out of order. In general it just wasn't as clean and fresh as you might expect at Boston Market. As for the food, in the kitchen not a single rotisserie chicken was cooking. Nothing was like you would expect in a Boston Market. They had spinach, but not creamed spinach. They had macaroni, not the delicious rotini kind Boston Market is know for but watery Stouffer's style elbow macaroni. The mashed potatoes were definitely instant potatoes. When ordering a chicken dinner, the chicken was pulled from a metal container with tongs and was dripping whatever liquid it was sitting in. Apon looking at the receipt, the prices were 50¢ higher than the listed menu prices. We got the food home, and apon closer inspection the Nashville hot sandwich I ordered wasn't fried like the picture on the menu, but more of the mystery chicken pulled from the metal juice containers. It smelled foul. My kids wouldn't eat the gross macaroni and cheese. Don't waste your money here. There is something wrong with this Boston Market.

FRAUD ALERT!!! Do not order delivery!!! Ordered for delivery and kept saying my order was coming before getting notified of cancelling my order due to no delivery available after an hour of waiting. I was charged regardless for food I never received. I’ve sent numerous emails provided proof and talked to manager claiming to talk to corporate. No one has done anything and it’s been 3 months!!!!!!

This location, along with most all others is about to close. Palm Harbor is closed many days that they even bother to open, by 4PM. They are out of most items and from doing some basic research it appears they didn’t pay suppliers so they aren’t delivering to them. They are purchasing anything they can that’s isn’t their recipe but just trying to keep some money coming in. They only had meatloaf on my most recent, and last, visit along with a few sides. I actually felt bad for the employee working there having to explain all this and deal with angry customers all day long. She did say they have items that she is comfortable selling, so take that for what’s it’s worth. Sad to see what this company has become but it seems to in every location from a simple Google search.

They changed the noodles in the mac n cheese from rotini to mediocre macaroni . Gravy and cornbread tasted bad. Also sad they took green beans off the menu.This is not the Boston market I know and love.

Must be going out of business. Closed several days because they didn't get any product in. Closed last Friday. No ones answered the phone. I'm considering this place Closed. Very ? sad. I loved to eat at this place. When you drive 20 miles and the business is Closed 3 different times they should put a message on the phone.

What has happened to BOSTON MARKET??? The chicken had NO FLAVOR AT ALL!!!! It wasn’t good at all! I would’ve lost $1M bet if I had to identify the chicken I just ate as BOSTON MARKET chicken!!!And then the plastic ware… it was a baby fork from a dollar store or something. It’s obvious they’re trying to save money which is understandable because it was a ghost town when I walked in. If they are on the verge of closing down, JUST GO AHEAD AND CLOSE DOWN!!! I will never return!
This store is closed and has been for over a week. They continue to take orders and money through the app and through 3rd party delivery apps. They put a sign saying closed till Monday but I don't believe it. Call before you order. They are blaming it on staffing issues. Today is May 6th and the sign says closed on weekends. They were closed most evenings this week.

Boston market is scamming people on UberEats under the name of Rotisserie Roast! Did not know that it was Boston Market until I received my order! Btw the order was all wrong didn’t receive the loaded mashed potatoes, Parmesan corn, or the garlic cheese bread that I paid for! I would have never ordered from here if it would have been under the correct name! What a waste and shameful thing to do to customers!!

Place is on the decline. Been going there for years. They now have a tendency to serve cheap alternatives to compensate the quality items. Mash potatoes and alternative gravy was sour. Place needs restructuring and inspection.
