I believe Madison was the name of the girl that helped me, short brunette girl. She was absolutely fantastic, knew the answers to every question I asked, and she convinced me to come back for a birthday cake for my moms birthday on July 30th, which I wouldn’t have considered before. Definitely deserving of more than she’s getting paid for all that she put into my visit. Kudos to her!

A great place for specialty ice cream cakes or cupcakes. I go here often and enjoy their mix ins and shakes. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is delicious. They have plenty of flavors and add ons and even cookie sandwiches. Yum! A small shop with a few tables inside and out. They offer delivery with Doordash so you don't miss out. A fun destination for kids, the place smells amazing.

Customer service skills from Ash and Pat were horrible. The young man was pleasant and helpful. Ash the young lady was disrespectful rude and behaved like she was doing is a favor. Pat the manager totally ignores customers and talked about her personal life and extremely negative. We asked her a question pertaining to cakes and she ignored us. The young man tall with dark hair ..his name started with the letter C was outgoing friendly.2 bad apples certainly makes for 1 star.

If the employees at the Palm Harbor location are an example of the youth of the nation today, we are certainly DOOMED! Absolute horrible customer service. Who in the hell is managing and teaching these children? #1 clean yourself up and look presentable. Nobody wants hair in their ice cream. #2 customers pay for a service. That means PROVIDE SERVICE! No smug looks and LOSE the attitude. Smile, be pleasant, establish eye contact, recognize your customer's needs, and SELL the product you are hired to sell. Don't expect a tip for overpriced ice cream with a heaping scoop of attitude. Sometimes people have to realize they are not the best fit for providing excellent face to face customer service. You either have it or you don't. Good managers should be able to weed out the weak to prevent certain employees from affecting their bottom line. Good luck in life.
