I had an appointment at hand and stone next to 5 guys. The music from their side was so loud , I asked the therapist if she could do something about it. Their response to being asked to turn down the music was to turn it up louder. I don't understand ?

Other than a scene from Hitchcock's movie "Birds" with crows, in front of the place and around garbage can, if there is a place I eat french fries this is the place. Employees actually appear to have fun. That is the place I want to stop by, when in hurry and hungry. Great burgers and veggie sandwiches. Option of avoiding buns and carbs if you are into that.

NEW MANAGER. DONT GO TO THIS ONE.Ask could you please give us extra crispy fries. Cashier was rude saying we don't do that anymore. I ask to speak with Mgr. He said that's what owners want. No one else was even here ordering.

Great food but what makes this location exceptional is the customer service of the awesome team!This has been my mom and I’s treat place once every few months for lunch since they opened.My mom always gets the plain little cheese burger and I get the little bacon cheese burger. We love the little fries but so sad that they had a change at the corporate level that says no more extra crispy fries. Probably someone complained and changed the policy sheesh ?That aside the team at this location always greets me with a smile, makes delicious food and are so nice!Such a credit to #fiveguys Plus I love how happy they are and the thumbs up I get when I bring in my small bag of costco candy and they pick a treat ?
I have a son that is gluten free and we provide his bun at home. Used to be we could get an extra Patty for a dollar and then it went up to $2 which we were ok with. Now they want to charge us for a little hamburger for just the patty. As much as we loved your food we will never be back!

Food is fine; BUT when a "Little" Burger and Fries (without drink), cost the same as an All you can Eat Buffet... I'm going with the Buffet EVERY time, from now on!

I'm a regular at various Five Guys locations in upper Pinellas County, but my experiences at the Boot Ranch branch have been repeatedly disappointing.On multiple occasions, my order of a bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and cheese was served without bacon. Last time, I just accepted it, but this time I mentioned the error to the manager. I appreciate that they quickly prepared a new burger correctly, demonstrating good customer service.However, despite this positive aspect, the consistent issues with orders and the smaller fry portions make the Boot Ranch Five Guys the least favorable choice in the area.This pattern of incorrect orders is becoming the norm at the Boot Ranch Five Guys, leading me to consider avoiding this location in the future.
