I have been coming to this location since opened and everytime since then they have been always willing to make a special base for the acai bowl , but today. workers were not willing to do special base unless we had allergies to banana. I do not mind paying extra if that is what is coming to but i am requesting something i always had ! what changed? I ended up driving to westchase and got what i wanted no problem!!

For a place that claims to be organic, this was a little off putting but the food inside it was delicious.I had a bowl with kiwi, banaras blueberries, honey, oatmeal and acai. It was excellent.The amount of food that is provided in the bowl is a lot and while it looks beautiful to Tower over the top of the bowl, it makes it difficult to eat.Atmosphere:This was beautiful inside. The atmosphere was quite nice. The people were quiet. I can hold a conversation.Cleanliness:The bathrooms were clean. The counters and tables were also clean. It appears that they do clean as they go and they were very neat when creating the food. You can see everywhere the food is located which is a bonus as well.Service:This is not a dining restaurant where you have a server. Everyone was extremely polite for the time we walked in to the time we walked out.Price:Our food costs us around $24 for two bowls.Recommended:Yes. If you're looking to put good food into your body, this is a very nice find and a good place to eat.

Bowl and service were excellent. The wood table felt unclean but it could be the old varnish. I will still go back and recommend it for a healthy and delicious bowl!

Horrible service. I ordered a broccoli quesadilla to go and I specified , Do not add spice because I have health issues. The guy added so much Buffalo sauce, I could not even eat it. By the time I got work it was too late. I called Grain and Berry and they told me the manager was not in. I left my info and no one called me.

The owner needs to address the political implications of their employees clothing. I enjoyed the smoothies but was taken aback by a strongly leaning political hat of an employee. I will not be returning to this location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast service and it's kept very clean. Great choice for a healthy snack or beverage.
If u have a peanut allergy make sure u read all ingredients b4 ordering/eating as I have to do & it will be fine. Usually very crowded @ lunchtime & parking can be difficult during that time. We went after the rush & ate outside on their patio & it was pleasant.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, very accessible for wheelchairs

Horrible service! I waited 20 minutes for a smoothie only one other person in there 10 people behind the counter, making to go orders, which was their priority. The girl was so busy talking and so slow. I had to cancel the order the manager did not seem to care.

Consistently great.Unlike the location in Westchase which consistently serves room temperature melted açaí base.Only “complaint” is I wish this location stayed open til 10pm so I could come here more often. Many many times I’d have gone here after 9pm if they were open.
