Food was horrible! The buns were stale and it was just slapped together (barely) the fries were old and GROSS!! The large drink wasn't even filled up. Such a waste of money ?

Went Christmas Day 2020 family wanted them so only drive thru (covert going on) no bacon on burgers and we had to wait 7 minutes no biggie (christmas) could not go back but it is not the first time this Mcd's HAS F US :( SODA FLAT ASK FOR LITE ICE FULL ICE :( merry christmas to you to.......2022 “IAN Hurricane” the day after how do you get out had to find food you were open drive-through only food over cooked and Cold could not even get door open to get a hold of. Management was not gonna go back to the drive-through to complain. Thanks for being open, but really.03/13/2024Went through the drive-through use the app supposed to get two steak biscuits when I get hashbrowns. Do not have time to go back but watch your orders when you go through. Check your bag before your driveway do not move banging on the glass glass. There’s no one to talk to because no one will even admit that you’re the manager or help you

I eat here all the time before I go to work. Usually, I get my food in minutes, no issue. Last night, I was on a half-hour break from work, so I decided to get a quick bite. I figured I'd be in and out within 10 minutes, but apparently McDonald's had other ideas. I order my food on the kiosk like I always do, and there was no one else in the lobby. I sit down and wait for the food, but it never shows up. I get up, looking into the kitchen for any glimpse of my order, but i don't see it. Doordashers are grabbing their orders left and right, but my in-house order is nowhere to be seen. It wasn't until 25 minutes after I placed my order that someone had asked what I ordered. Ended up being late coming back to work.I work at an italian grill, so I understand the food business quite well. But I do not ever want to hear a mcdonalds worker say that they can't handle the pressure, which I heard last night. If you can't handle working at McDonald's, good luck further on in life.

Ordered ahead in the app and confirmed when I arrived. When I said the order number in the drive through they refused to serve despite me showing the order and the location and confirming all the details. I said I’d even pay for it again and let them refund in the app but they made up an excuse about after midnight all their systems reset and they can’t help (every other McDonald’s in the area has had no problem with this)The woman in the speaker made it clear she didn’t want to be there and didn’t seem to want to be bothered by a customer. I’m working with McDonald’s corporate to resolve but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.Steer clear of this branch! There is another one a few miles north on 19 that will actually serve you food when you pay for it instead of trying to steal your money.
