ONE PERSON WORKING. i went to moes tonight 2/7/2024 and had an online order. i was waiting for at least 30 minutes because they were very understaffed. there were TWO workers, one of which was a minor and an older guy. then the young worker left and the man was ALONE. only ONE worker and at least 8 people waiting on their food. i believe this was the manager/boss fault and they need to do better. the man was so stressed and i felt so bad for him. i didn’t even care to wait i just could tell the guy was so frustrated and stressed from something that he had no control over. OVERWORKED, COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED BUSINESS. this was only one time but that’s enough to make it not okay. Not to mention the stale cardboard tasting food. each bite tasted like i was eating plastic. zero flavor. do better moes.

I’ve been going to the palm harbor Moe’s for Three years and ever since old management left, who ever is the tall guy with a bit of hair on his face with glasses, was super rude and didn’t give me the proper portion. In the past the portions were prefect for the price and now are putting little to nothing when making my meal. As I walked in The guy also was yelling at their employees and told her, “ you are going to do it woman” treating her improperly and in front of customer, not creating a good Atmosphere. As someone who is a eagle scout and has been in a management position, i would never treat my employees as just workers. The old management has worked with the girl who works cashier at night and never once heard him talk bad to her. The tall skinny guy needs to be retrained or fried. I’m never going back to this Moe’s

Monday night, "Moe's Monday", get through the line and told that I have to download the app to get the coupon and apply it before I can get my dinner at the advertised price?What?Absolutely not.Not going to download an app to get Moe's Monday.Lost my business.

Avoid using the app at this Moes. I walked in and the employees explained to me that they must serve all in house guests before they make my order. Watched at least 12 customers served ahead of me.

Placed a pickup order through the app today. The employees were great kind and attentive. The food on the other hand sucked. My bowl was mainly rice with barley any chicken or cheese. My bowl was also not very full seemed skimpy along with my boyfriends burrito which was small for the 13$ price. For 11$ and change I feel like my bowl should have had more of the good stuff than being full of rice. My boyfriends burrito was also not well mixed and one side was almost entirely rice. The chips were not impressive either. Overall not worth it for how expensive it is.

The worst experience ever. I will tell everyone I know not to order from this location. I ordered nachos and two tacos and received a bowl with chips. I called and was told it was Uber eats problem. What wait you, Moe’s made the wrong food. Uber eats delivers food. Wow don’t ever order from this place!!!

Was so excited to try this location and the 2 ladies working did not seem like they wanted to be there. Food terrible and tasted sour on both of our meals, we both got rice bowls and we think the sautéed onions and peppers were it,.never again, my husband was on the potty all night, but I sure wish I would have seen all the negative reviews before we went. We both couldn't eat our food and in the trash it went so 23.00 bucks poof gone btw the chips they give you for free were good but way too much salt so couldn't eat those either.Parking: great parking because no one in the place

This Moe's is mostly hit or miss. The problem is: They REFUSE to offer water cups. Their alternative? Buy a 6 oz child size for $1.79! Are you kidding?! Never have I ever heard of any restaurant ever doing this. I don't drink sugary drinks or beer so I'm SOL. So, if you want your own water, bring it yourselves, guys! Ridiculous.

The night manager Jen was screaming at her employees. It was horrible!! The young female was in tears and said she is like this all the time. I can't believe the general manager allows this verbal abuse.

The way the manager was treating her staff tonite was disgusting (Jen). Multiple times she was heard yelling at them from across the restaurant and slamming dishes. If she treats her staff like this in front of an entire dining room I can't imagine what these staff put up with behind closed doors especially when they probably make minimum wage. Do better.

I went here with a group of friends to have a good time and eat here as a little treat. Little did we know we got a full show of the manager Jen abusing her employees verbally. The entire hour we were sitting and eating, she was insulting her employees, flexing her power over them, and not one sentence she exchanged with them was calm. All we could talk about the entire time was how terrible she must make her employees feel. We saw her employees almost crying and exchanging looks to each other. NOT COOL AT ALL. I will never enter this Moe's again as long as Jen is there.When we approached her to get 3 lids since none of us finished our food, she told us we could only have one lid and would have to stack our bowls on top of each other. HUH?Her employees did wonderfully and served us well, but she ruined all of our experiences and our night.
