The service is very good with all of the staff looking to please. Ralph does an exceptional job meeting greeting remembering customers names and always smiling making it a pleasurable event.

First time at turnbury Didn't realize it was even on Innisbrook property. Really liked the atmosphere and the staff was excellent Im surprised Innisbrook doesn't market this facility to the public. North pinellas is really lacking in this type of restaurant/pub Food was really good with a nice variety. Prices a little on the high end but you expect that for an upscale place

It was nice to dine in Turnberry Pub as its been a bit. We have been members of this beautiful resort for 38 years. The menu is a bit abbreviated as we await the Steakhouse to reopen after renovation. The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. Linnea is a very attentive server and Ralph took time to come say hi. Its a bit pricey but the resort is lovely. Come ahead and walk around a bit and take in the natural surroundings.

Staying at the resort over Christmas and had Christmas dinner at one of the 2 places offering the evening meal. We ordered the $72 Prime Rib and Shrimp/Lobster over grits with Andouille Sausage. Food was mediocre at best - Prime Rib was mostly fat and the Andouille Sausage was very overcooked and almost inedible. We had eaten lunch there a couple days earlier and the food was good. Very disappointed in dinner. Lunch time service at the bar with Ursula was great.

Everything was delicious, the service was exceptional. The Chef, even came out several times to check on us during dinner to be sure we were happy with our choices. The Turnberry Pub, is a good choice. Know in advance, it is located down 2 flights of stairs. No elevator. But the Hostess told me they can arrange for a golf cart to pick you up at the front door and drive you to a back ground level Pub entrance. So, they will make an accommodation for someone who cannot handle the stairs. Friday night, the live music was loud. We requested the volume to be turned down (so we could hear each other talk, as well as hear the waitress). They were very willing to turn down the speaker and we could enjoy our dinner and, conversation, with background music.

The food is outstanding, the service and servers are outstanding. Can't wait until they get back into the proper building. When you walk in it's they treat you like you are important to them. Not the norm anymore

The food and service were great. My understanding is this place is the temporary home of the packards chef and servers. Just a smaller menu than packards. Which are great but the facilities were ok. It was very loud and they had live music but it was too loud for the small space in my opinion. But again steaks, sides, and service were excellent.

Food is great, bring money ?

Had a large group in town for a golf trip weekend. 10 of us of the 32 decided to hit this spot after Saturday golf. We were all very happy that we did. Glen, our server, was fantastic, and the food was amazing! Everything from the apps to the entrees and sides. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We went on an off night. Some of the food served was not sufficiently hot and had to be returned to the kitchen to be reheated. We understand that the restaurant will be upgraded and it can certainly benefit from a refresh.

Packard's redeemed my view of steakhouses in the Tampa Bay area. The steaks were great. The lady who was our attendant was very helpful and kept watch, but in a non-intrusive manner. It is the restaurant I would definitely be proud to take guests.

Great service and ambience, unfortunately nothing special about the food, salty and overcooked.

Michelle and Taylor we're awesome!! The ribeye and Colorado lamb chops superb and the vino was a great touch!! Thank you Packards for an exquisite evening!

Getting charged $3 for ice, in a scotch on the rocks, in a restaurant where your average dinner bill is $200 per person says something. Disappointed in management for sure.

The food was amazing, and our server, Ralph, was first rate! If you're looking to rush through a meal in 30-60 minutes, this is not the place for you. The concept is to savor each course, with a break in-between, European style. We loved it!
